[Resolved] Dg Shipping — BSID card not dispatched

It has been 6 months so far after BSID bio metric data captured, still “application Status” shows, your SID card is ready and forwarded for dispatch, payment status still active even after 3 months, numerous mails to, [protected]@cdac.in, [protected]@nic.in, [protected]@gov.in and request to some authorities on twitter still no response to my mails. Dg circular says queries will be responded within 3 days “by order” Do not know for who’s orders officers are waiting to respond to my mails. Sep 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I also filed a RTI addressed to DG Shipping, it got disposed, but after a gap of 6 months i received my SID card, it was issued on 26th feb 2021 but it took 6 months for them to dispatch, it shows their utter negligence toward seafarers. I am not received any mails or acknowledgement to my mails regarding non dispatch of BSID card from dg shipping. DG Shipping customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It's been more than a month.kindly look into it, I need BSID for joining the ship as soon as possible.

I have done my bio-metric for SID card on 21 july 2023, application no:- 301254 it’s showing it’s forwarded for printing. It’s more than a month, but till now I didn’t receive in given address. I have joining in august 2023, bcoz of SID delay, might be I can loose my job . I hope you understand my situation. I would like to request you to print and dispatch to my address.
