I submit my cdc application no. Smo (M)/2018/27 on 16th-01-2018. But my medical data all incorrect. So i want to cancel my application so i can upload again in correct way and submit my cdc. (My application medical data is incorrect if i pay fees upload correct documents accepted/ cancelled by mmd)
Plz kindly assist me

My CDCwas issued on 15 nov 2017 and my cdc number was MUM287031 and my INDOS NO is 17SL1499 till date i have not recevied my cdc i have try to contact through phone somany time but didnt get any response pls send my cdc and also infrom me the speed post number for tracking all my course mate gate their cdc on their respective place

Hi brother, what was the way that you cancelled your submitted application,
I'm have the same issue you suffered pls kindly help me to cancel the submitted application to apply correctly
