My cdc application was by mistaken submitted. On 5th aug. I keep on trying to send canalization request to assigned email id's. It is almost month nothing has been solved.
I need to reapply for the same with correct required data. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

I have been sent email to respective id's since application submitted in regards to cancel never been done or any reply..

Updated by jssalian In regard my CDC application canalization request through this web, I got call from below mentioned no.s .
And person whom spoke to me said that your request has been solved and charge will be Rs.30.
To pay this amount, person requested my dbt card no. When I said that I don't have any dbt card and I am dealing all transaction through net banking. He ask me to hold the phone call for while and ask me my login ID and password for transaction.
I did ask him to send me DGS payment link in my registered email ID he hangs up.

These are no's I got call.

Updated by jssalian I have been trying to contact dgshipping helpdesk and contact personal to solve my problem on cancelling my cdc application ref# smo (M)/2017/8987
It was submitted on aug 5th 2017 by mistake. I need to re apply with proper documents details asap.
Unfortunately web not allowing me to do so, without cancel the previous one.

I need very urgent attention to have cancelled. Kindly help me out.

I have submitted the application with wrong details, so i have tried to reapply for CDC.. but i can't . It tells "Application already submitted ". what can i do ?? could anyone tell me??
