I the student of jams marine college doing the course of gp rating want a action to be taken against the jams marine college management. The college management have not be taken out since 3 & half months we had. Never saw anything out except this college. This college is only giving leave to south indian and only care of there south indian student. They give them leave for many days n for people belonging from other state had no leave and no outgoing for any festival and to. For diwali we can't get half day leave and south side student leave is applicable. They are granting leave for south indian for any reason such as for marriage n not feeling well n for other state people the are just treating like a dog so plz take action on jams marine college management and especially the main cco mr. Murugan. We had been in this for last 110 days but they never took us outside or any swim class or any ship visit the college is only good for south indian so plz take action. Food is very worst over here n evenly the make the south indian food no other state food is allowed

I mohammed abdul safi had applied for cdc on 30/08/2017 and my application number is smo (M) 2017/10274. But the thing is that i cannot track my cdc using application number. They said it will take max 3weeks to get cdc but its been almost 5weeks and i dont have any information on my cdc. Please assist me with tracking my cdc.

Good morning sir,

I recently applied for the indian cdc on october 6th, 2017, my application no is smo (M)/2017/12561.

Unfortunately while filling the form i was not able to write the full name of my parents in the permanent address column due to the words limit constraints.
And due to which i just wrote the half name and am sure because of it, it will be a serious issue in getting it delivered by the post.

If you can assist me in correcting this then, i will always be thankful to you forever.

Kindly requesting to let know the status, when can i receive it. Is it already dispatched by postal service or still under processing.

I have also login to check my status on the dg shipping website and it still shows under process, if you could speed up the process i would be very thankful to you.

This academy is not approved by dg shipping and make the kandidate full. He took 3 laks per candidate and providing him fake stcw korses and give him micronesia cdc. All candidate life doing spoiled and he is sending to candidate iran, malesia. My cdc application was by mistaken submitted. On 5th aug. I keep on trying to send canalization request to assigned email id's. It is almost month nothing has been solved.

With 1 crew complaints mr anil kumar, who work 2 month in iran ship and he back india as per his wish with his other friend, please check his hand writing letter as per attached image.. But this complaints agains union leader they ask money for closed matter.. They use name of shiv sena union party and other political leders name.. We already registers police nc our near by police station against him.. We request you please take action who use dg shiping union leader and demand money from crew and agencies for settelment..
Who is sanjay prahar he is goverment employee of dg shipping..in his group all fraud agent listed vacancies and demanded large money for ship joining.. Jobships group..

Even though dg shipping site says that refund would be initiated for multiple transactions mafe at their site after raising the issue by e-mail and providing details of transactions, they would not respond to mails and would not refund the money.
They dont have staff to discuss this problem and would disengage call without solution.

I had applied for an Indian CDC in 2012 after completing stcw requirements at MMTI Mumbai.

I got the return self addressed post card with : Co/969/12
written on it.I have got no further communication from Shipping Master's office.

The CDC Application process and DG Shipping Website do not provide a portal to check on status of a "Fresh, New CDC application". Nor is there contact information to Query the status of a New application.

DG Shipping has been in operation since 1949. They have received, processed successfully, and delivered many CDCs. They do have a portal where an individual can check on renewal/replacement status of an application in the case where a CDC has already been issued.

However, there are a lot of CDC applications where money has been collected, with only a self addressed postcard returned with a number written on it. No further information is provided to the applicant with reference to the application, or mention of shortcomings in the application where further information needs to be provided by the applicant.

There are agents scattered in the vicinity of DG Shipping who provide this service for a fee, as they have a "contact" in the Shipping Masters Office. Why should it be so.

When money is collected, an applicant expects a service in return which is not being met.

I am still waiting for my CDC kindly expedite.
