Good day SIR, I myself Anish Kumar Singh, holding indos no 09NL3950, would like to bring to your notice that i have applied for replacement of CDC with application no REP/SMO(C) /2021/11146 on dated 01/01/2021 and submitted all the documents as required by the checklist provided. Also I have sent the Signed application form for replacement of CDC along with the original CDC by speed post with reference no: EN[protected]IN. I received a message that Speed Post has already been received by MMD CHENNAI on 4th Jan 2021. I would like to bring to your notice that in my INDOS Profile Application status still shows that it is under process.
