Sir we are working in malaysia for more than 11 months.Our agent has not updated our rpsl till this much months.We have been contacting him for months concered about our rpsl.He is telling due to corona he cannot update.Last time we called him he is using vulgar words to us.He has taken from me 4 lakhs.and we are not able to go home.Later we known he cheated many other peoples.We are concerned about our rpsl.Please help us...

Respected sir i holding of cdc no -mum80070. Sir i have applied for cdc replacement on 10oct 2020.but still it showing under process. Sir my cdc is still validity but my page is finished. I had completed refresher courses PSCRB(R) and AFF(R) through BP Marine academy on the 09 & 12th Jan and completed the exit exams on the 11th and 13th Jan; however when certificate was downloaded from DG Shipping website; my name sequence has been changed by the institute. My name as mentioned in the INDOS is NAME:DIOGO FRANCISCO SAVIO PEREIRA ; name Printed by BP Marine in the Certificates is NAME: SAVIO PEREIRA DIOGO FRANCISCO. Have sent several emails to the institute and followed up phone calls; no response to the emails also calls to mobile numbers are unanswered.
Except for Capt. Singh who does respond unfortunately he is also unable to assist. I request your assistance in instructing the Institute to correct the certificate; since my courses have expired and i cannot proceed further without the correction

I had surrendered my CDC MUM 91644 for voluntary retirement on 2nd of March 2020. Still now there was no response and i never received a letter or further proceedings for my PF, I have tried to the DG shipping office through Phone from Chennai several time there was no response, I have attached my CDC copes and acknowledgement receipt for the same.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Sir Iam Anton Navis AB from NYK Furano I come under singapore flag. 8 months ago I met with an accident (20 April 2020) in Hongkong port while checking the lashing, the lashing bar fell on my back and I became ill but the company didn't send me to hospital on that day after 25 days they send me to doctor in Newzealand for checkup and not for treatment then again south korea for checkup and again hongkong doctor for checkup all the three doctors on examining me gave unfit so they send me to my hometown in india with no treatment and asked me to get treatment on my own in my native.my native doctor on examining me he told that my condition was severe and require an operation so I informed the company but company asked me to switch to some other doctor to go without operation but my other ortho doctor too told that I need an operation. again, company asked me to switch to another doctor so I was pulled under complete stress due to company's pressure and I underwent heart attack and underwent stenting with three stents..I also send those reports to company, yet company didn't help me for my medical expenses..then again company asked me to get a report from an ortho doctor about my disablity percentage so I reached another doctor, he on examining me told that I will be unfit for seaduty even after operation .I sent that report too to the company .then company asked me to get a report from a marine approved doctor so I reached a DG approved doctor, DG approved doctor on examining me gave me permanently unfit for sea duty I sent that report too to company, yet they told that they need company's doctor's report. after 5 months company doctor too examined me on November but he didn't send me a medical report yet it's already a month now I became so I'll and I became financially so poor due to my medical charges as my company is not taking any decision regarding my condition .. what should I do to get my justice please help me with it sir

Dear Sir,
My self B Sandeep Kumar from Hyderabad.This is to inform you that I took admission in United Marine Academy, Navi Mumbai for the STCW course from[protected] to[protected] and completed following courses( STSDSD, Personal Survival Techniques, Elemantary First Aid, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighhting), but due to pandamic Institute was closed and I could not complete one last course( PSSR- Person Safety and Social Responsibilities) and now when the Institute is opened they are saying that the earlier course which I done is stand to be cancelled and need to undergo fresh online training.

When I ask for what about the courses completed certificate and money paid for which they are saying all stands cancell as per DG shipping notice.

I would request looking to this and help to get pending courses to complete online and get (STCW) certificate without paying any extra money...

I applied for renewal of CDC on 17th Dec 2020. My application number is SMO(C)/2020/22228224. I have uploaded required documents and paid the fee, but the status is still same . I tried to call all dg shipping toll-free numbers. There is no response. Pls help me to get my new CDC.

I have made double payment in dg shipping site for my gmdss endorsement on 3-mar-2020.Till now i havenot received the refund of 3000rs.
