Dg Shipping — cdc enquiry

My name is Prince Mathew. I have applied for my cdc in mumbai shipping office and usually it takes about 44 days to reach the applicant. I applied on 19 April 2020 and uploaded documents on 19 Apr 2020 and till today it's just showing that its UNDER VERIFICATION PROCESS. Please can you tell me when i will receive it. Most of my friend who have applied for cdc with me have already received. I tried number of times to call the shipping office but they are not giving me full information about the problem happened they are not replying properly.
So please help me in solving my problem my application details is as below

My fathers surname is same in all my documents ( passport, aadharcard, Pancard)
However his surname is different in my 10th passing certificate.
Will I be facing any problem while applying for my CDC?
If so then what should I do in advance?

My name is Noble Chandy Alex. I applied for a cdc and it was dispatched to my address. I was not there because of covid lockdown and the postman returned my cdc saying the person was not there on 28/05/2021. My cdc was immediately returned back to the concerned office from where it was dispatched on 28/05/2021. I don't know what to do right now. I hereby enclose the details.
