My name is lokesh verma, i had applied for cdc application (Smo (M)/2018/52282) on 7 aug 2018, now it has been 2 months and my cdc status is still showing under process, i have tried to contact you by mail and by call but there is no answer to that,
I have uploaded each and every doc as per guidelined provided on website, and i do not understand now what is taking so long, as most of friends received their cdc within 1.5 months of applying,
Please help me by approving the application,
(My company is aking about cdc and i have no answer to that)

Almost 1 year back i did my stcw courses from one of the collage from kolkata. That time i didn't get my indos number. Indian cdc a not mandatory that time. N
Now from our company the indian cdc compulsary. When i went to apply for for indian cdc it is showing that two of the courses are not uploaded in the dg shippping, but i have already done those courses. I went to the collage they told me that they didn't upload because i dint gave them the indos number. Now they canot do any thing i have to do all the courses again. I have a joining date on 20 october. Please help out what i should do.

The above mentioned named company has given me online data entry work, one of friend told that it is fake company, for that i contacted same some of their executive but no one has responded properly, i asked some documents to prove their company is genuine, but no response from their end they have made some changes rs 7400/- (Digi extension mail), 10500/- (In legar intimation letter) and 5400 in (Legal notice form) in different mail,

More ever in starting agreement they have changed my agreement and given different one, now they are demanding me to pay money to them otherwise they will take legal action on me.

I had applied for my indian cdc in the month of jan 2018 but still i didn't received my cdc so far. I got a mail from dgs india that they have approved my indian seaman book on 02 may 2018 and will be forwarded me within 30-40 days but still iam waiting for the same.

in Central Prison for 17 days on the Charges of Sections 417,
468, 471, 420 & 468 read with 34 IPC for involving in forgery of
documents, conspiracy, cheating and property encroachment -
Department is lending support for late suspension and even
after suspension revoked suspension twice while criminal case
is pending before 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court,
Visakhapatnam vide C.C. No.196/2017, dated 06.04.2017

Please find enclosed herewith the copies of letter No.RTI & CPGRAMS/2016/100, Dated 03.04.2017 and Letter No.IGAD/CPGRAMS /2017/4688, Dated 31.10.2017 issued by the Secretary, Port Trust, Visakhapatnam on the above subject.

Namala Narasimha Rao, Greaser was arrested and remanded in Central Prision from 28.11.2015 to 15.12.2015 for 17 days in connection with subject mentioned crime. But the department didn’t take necessary action of suspension till 18.03.2016 even though the concerned Police Station had informed the incident immediately after remand i.e. on 28.11.2015.

First time on 20.05.2016 suspension order was revoked and Namala Narasimha Rao had reported for duty on 30.05.2016 without any orders from the competent Court.

Basing on complaint lodged by me on 30.11.2016, Namala Narasimha Rao was suspended again by imposing major penalty charge sheet vide Memorandum dated 30.04.2016 for misconduct of his failure to inform the facts of his arrest and remand to judicial custody to the department in contravention of Regulation 3 (3-A) of VPEs (Conduct) Regulations, 1964. This unreasonable and unbelievable act of the Port Trust, Visakhapatnam is nothing but lending support to their ill behaved employee Namala Narasimha Rao.

Now, 2nd time once again the suspension order was revoked and Namala Narasimha Rao was reported for duty recently without orders of the 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Visakhapatnam as the case is pending for trial (Copy of Charge Sheet is enclosed for kind perusal).

The signatures of accused Namala Narasimha Rao was sent to Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad and report of confirming his signature for forgery had received vide letter F.No.DOC/537/2016, Dated 04.02.2017 (Copy of letter enclosed for kind perusal).

In view of the above incidents it is clearly understood that, the personnel department of Port Trust, Visakhapatnam is lending support to Namala Narasimha Rao for late suspension and subsequently revoking suspension orders twice without any ground is nothing but taking huge amount of bribes to help the accused Namala Narasimha Rao, Greaser in the case of forgery and criminal conspiracy vide 1st FIR No.493/2015, dated 19.11.2015 and 2nd FIR No.104/2016, dated 15.04.2016 filed by Vth Town Kancharapalem Police Station, Visakhapatnam is unwarranted.

In this connection, I humbly pray the authority to look into the matter and punish the culprit.

We updated all the documents online however the passport scan where the passport officers signatute is there was not updated as were unaware. Now you’ll havd rejected it. Instead of allowing us to just upload that document you want us to complete a fresh application. You’ll need to simplify people’s lives and not make it complicated. We are middle class people who cannot stay without working for a long period of time. Kindly make things simple for common man who is attempting to make a decent living.
Hope this is acknowledged now because we are in a dilemma about how many more months are you’ll going to make us wait again.

Hello Sir madam it has been over by submitting my CDC application 4 month ago and its still not came and also even its under process i dont know what is the problem for issuing my CDC i am so worried about my CDC, when i applied for first time due to some photo copy error and it was got rejected again i paid fee and reapplied from that time over this time it has been 4 moths over still no moments on my CDC i am jobless since my CDC is pending kindly take this as important message and please process my CDC soon or else kindly give me the reason why my CDC is not taking any action please please its my humble request.

Myself deepak singh and my cdc application no. is SMO(M)/2018/36134 applied on 29th may 2018 and still the status is showing under process. Whenever i call its very hard to talk to them as the phone is always busy and for cdc, their is special timing of[protected] and if they pick it also then they only say that your educational verification is pending. If its pending then please do it or reject it by giving proper reason so that i can reapply...

I'm dheeraj yadav, i have completed my eto course from eurotech maritime college. While during addmission agent took 2.50lacs from me and college fees was 1.75lacs and agent didnt pay my full fees. He payed only 1.20lacs and the remaining again i had paid.. Please take action to avoid fraud case. Sir, im the one person who is suffering from this problem but in future many of the students will suffer such prblm. So please sir take corrective action against it.
