DG Shipping — cdc status under process after 3 months

Myself deepak singh and my cdc application no. is SMO(M)/2018/36134 applied on 29th may 2018 and still the status is showing under process. Whenever i call its very hard to talk to them as the phone is always busy and for cdc, their is special timing of[protected] and if they pick it also then they only say that your educational verification is pending. If its pending then please do it or reject it by giving proper reason so that i can reapply for it. Its almost 3 months so how long does it take to verify madhyamik certificate. Please do it as soon as possible because you can take as long as you require but i cant do my job without cdc now.
