My name is bhuwaneshwar prasad rayal. I submitted my application for fresh indian cdc on 17-jun-2018. My cdc application number is smo (M)/2018/41552. It's been more than two months. Still the application status is "under process".
I won't be able to complete my onboard training without cdc. Please help.

This is pyarelal and i have been working in tag shipping for past 30 yrs. My grevaince is that our company"tag shipping" is not submitting our provident fund since past 1 year. When officials are asked about it they stats that company is going through financial crisis hence we arent submitting pf now, once company's status is good we will b submitting pf of employees on time.
I believe, pf's are employees "right to" money and every company should adhere to laws.
Please help and support in this regards.

The turn around time for the cdc was said to be 60 days and it's been more than 6 months (Ie, half the year). I have a job in hand but i'm unable to go for the same as the cdc hasn't arrived yet. Facing serious problem due to this delay. This has been very inconvenient for me and my family as well.

Consider this as a request to fast forward my application process and kindly revert to me with an approximate tat.

I hope you process the same and oblige as soon as possible.

I'm jayakumar gangadharan was submited an application for indian cdc on 27th june 2018. My indos number is 18hl5421 and application number is smo (M)/2018/43715. When i submit the application in that time the status was under process but now i check my application status is application submited. Sir, i'm waiting for that because why my company got a project in arjentena. When i travel last two three time the emigration point the officers was asked about the indian cdc and one time they told to me if you are an indian you should an indian cdc. Because why my company was provided me a luxamburg cdc. So i was used that one. Please i'm humbly requesting to you sir give me reply about my cdc application status, because why my company they are contacting me in all the week and if it's delay maybe my chance will go any other country people, so please sir give me a reply then i can show your reply in my company.

Smt. Namala Parvathi devi for securing employment in Dredging
Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam as a Surveyor by giving Bribes
for appointing with bogus experience certificate with meager marks
in Diploma Civil Engineering – Request for investigation and
Initiation of prosecution – Regarding.

The Public Information Officer, DCI, Visakhapatnam had rejected my RTI Application without mentioning any provision in the RTI Act, 2005 and stated that, the information / document sought under RTI is third party information i.e. nothing but protecting their employee by not supplying the experience certificate as the experience certificate produced by Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi is fraudulent and bogus as she really never worked, which was accepted by Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam by taking bribe of Rs. 15, 00, 000/- for giving employment to Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi with meager marks in Diploma Civil Engineering with bogus experience certificate.

On enquiry made with the Principal, Government Polytechnic, Visakhapatnam, Smt. Namala Parvathi devi has not received her original diploma certificates so far from Government Polytechnic, Visakhapatnam for submitting to Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam for confirmation (Copy of Extract from Govt. polytechnic certificate delivery Register enclosed for kind perusal). The official concerned from Dredging Corporation of India blindly accepted Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi’s Provisional Certificate of Diploma in Civil Engineering instead of Original Diploma Certificate is improper as she got an opportunity of job in DCI after a gap of 13 years from completion of diploma in civil engineering. The Provisional Certificate is valid for one year after completion diploma and it will be ceased automatically after issuing original diploma certificate within one year.

Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi had forgotten her diploma certificate completely thought that, she could not get any employment opportunities with meager marks and without experience as she was unable to work in field due to chronic Tuberculosis disease. Hence she never received her original diploma certificate from government polytechnic and as an unexpected emergency opportunity of government job in DCI after 13 years gap and last opportunity she had produced readily available provisional diploma certificate instead of original diploma certificate.

It is believed that, immediately after issuing the appointment orders for the post of Surveyor in Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam had buried the recruitment file at secret place and never insisted for original certificates of Diploma Civil Engineering and bogus experience certificate for verification and confirmation so far. It is kindly be noted that, Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi had not appointed through competitive examination but selected purely on qualification and experience certificates produced. This immoral act tells a lot that, the officer concerned in Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam had appointed Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi by taking bribe of Rs. 15, 00, 000/- for giving employment for the post of Surveyor with meager marks and bogus experience certificate. It is an open secret that, Since 1980s thousands of diploma holders with distinction marks and well experienced persons are still doesn’t have any government jobs even in OBC category. The officer concerned in Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam had given job to a married person and undeserving person by taking bribe is illegal and unwarranted.

In view of the above, the concerned officials of Dredging Corporation of India, Visakhapatnam are reluctant to take necessary action immediately in order to save their own skin trying to protect Smt. Namala Parvathi Devi, Senior Hydraulic Surveyor by tampering the recruitment documents as this office is the head office and all the recruitment documents are lying with this Visakhapatnam office only.

In this connection, I humbly pray the authority to look into the matter and take necessary action.

Dg shipping recently issued a new circular, exactly 24/07/2018. Regarding the e-migrate system for the seafarers. This was unaware for all foreign companies those who doesnt have office in india. I was blocked by immigration while my joining and made very trouble. So i cannot join to my ship and company is helpless to this issue. They cannot take e-migrate clearance for me since they are not registered india. Unfortunately i am goimg to loose my job and they are going to recruit another guy non-indian. Please try to understand the situation and do something with the new rule, or else so many indians going to loose their jobs on good foriegn offshore companies.

Namala parvathi devi is gnanapuram, visakhapatnam.in the year 1994 she passed diploma in
Civil engineering in 2nd class with much stress as she was suffering from tuberculosis.
After completion of diploma in civil engineering she was at rest at home as she
Became lean and unable to lead normal life for two years. There after she was married to neelagiri
Sanyasi rao who was son of retired visakhapatnam port employee neelagiri narayana was
Vouluntarily retired by producing unfit for service medical reports with a view to get job in
Visakhapatnam port trust to his son neelagiri sanyasi rao on compassionate grounds. Namala
Parvati devi married neelagiri sanyasi rao in the year 1995 thought and believed that, her husband

My son vatsal r. Patel has applied for cdc on 27th march, 2018 application no. Is smo (M) 2018/18250 he has not received cd till today.
He visited personally to shipping master office, mumbai but they said that they had sent his mark sheets for verification to gujarat secondary education board, gandhinagar. He also went to gandhinagar and inquired but they said that they have not received any documents for verification.

I am a single parent and i have borrowed loan from bank for his education.
