Dear sir i have requesting for change in sign off date master checker as these wrong entries had been done by my company (VGG), which can only be deleted at ur end i to appear for further examination/ assessments for which update of master checker is necessary as per mmd office so kindly do the needful at earliest so that i couldn't not suffer unnecessarily without any mistake from my side. My details r as follows name : CHAKRADHAR BODAGALA INDOS NO. 06EL0598 CDC NO. Sir my sign off date wronly had been entered as 15 Feb 2021. The actual date was 15 Jan 2021.

I am in the process of getting my gmdss goc indorsement renewal, if it could be corrected.

Please update my sea service sign off from ship date for the last vessel ADDRESS GAS as my RPSL company has not updated the same.I have already uploaded the relevant pages of CDC.
