I have applied for my CDC on 08/feb/2019 and haven't received it as of yet, it says its under verification since 5 months .It says my 10 th marks sheet is still under process (I did check with the board they said they did not receive any details and wont entertain me again).My application no :SMO(M)2019/86891, smo mumbai. Applicants name : crystal crasta, all necessary documents are submitted.

I have applied for new Indian cdc but it got rejected twice, stating a reply in my mail that it didn't recognizes the board by state government, when its a state recognized government school based in Jharkhand and have everything from official websites to registered phone number, DGshipping did not verified my class 10 certificate and has rejected my application for fresh CDC,
please may i ask you kindly to verify and grant me a cdc as I have to join a vessel soon, I will really appreciate that,

From past 2 days i m trying to login my dg profile account for some indos details, but it unable to login, i haven't changed the password it's the same, indos no followed by 1. When i try to login it say click on new user. And when i go on new user and enter my indos no there they say you are already registered. Please look in to this matter as i require my information for applying for my new job at sea. I'll be very thankful if you do so.
