[Resolved]  DG Shipping — Delay in CDC renewal process

Good day sir/Madam.
Myself Hitesh Chawda.
My Details are as follow,
CDC No:-MUM192180.
I have applied for renewal of my CDC on 5th of May 2021. My application
No:-SMO(M)/2021/22252723 to SMO MUMBAI, after few days I got a query back for re-uploading clear copy of my passport with first 2 pages, last pages and passport officer signature page by 13/05/2021.But due bad health conditions I couldn't visit DG shipping portal for few days and It got delayed to re-upload the required documents. I re-uploded the documents by 16/05/2021 As required. But till date there is no progress in the status.
I request you to look into the following issue as it will be very helpfull to me In renewing my document on time.
