Dear sir madam this is Bitupon Moran. I have applied for renewal of Cdc on 10th May 2021. Application no SMO(K) /2021/22225518. On the status still it is showing under process. I have not got any mail from MMD. Kindly help please. It's already too long time i have been waiting for approval. Thanks.

I did pssr course from bp marine academy on 3rd may 2021 and completed exit exam on 7th may and got certificate in dg website which is of 18 months validity. Institute is taking no action regarding this. Pssr course is fully online course and no practical is involved. Other batch students got certificate for 5 years validity. I request you to provide 5 years valid certificate .

However, I have not received my CDC yet at my home address.

Hi Sir, Myself Adbulaziz Rawther, a seafarer who is one of millions of Indian Crew members staying at home unemployed ever since Covid crisis came into existence. Its has been almost year and a half most o[censored]s have been sitting at home and waiting for our contracts. We did receive mail from our respective cruise companies who had asked us to be prepared to join the ship as soon as possible. Looking at present scenario it has become almost impossible to get ourselves vaccinated and having no hope at least this year and it has lead to a lot of depression in our minds coz we are already either ran out of money or will be in few months. Requesting you to do something that can ease our chances to get us vaccinated as soon as possible otherwise life will become bad to worse for us seafarers... Hope u will do something about it..

I have lost my second mate mark sheet which comes with the COC when delivered and with out that I am unable to apply for my BSC degree from IMU Chennai .
I have mailed Dg shipping several times on all the concerned mail ids for issuance of a duplicate marksheet but still their is no reply.
No body is picking up the phone as well.

INDOS no :- 20ZM1752 this is to inform you that I took admission in United Marine Academy, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai for the STCW course from[protected] to[protected], and completed following courses (S.T.S.D.S.D, Elementary First Aid, Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting ) but due to pandemic institute was closed and I could not complete one last course ( Personal Safety and and Social Responsibilities) and now when the institute is opened they are saying that the earlier course which I done is stand to be cancelled and need to undergo fresh online training.

When I ask for what about the courses completed certificate and money paid for which they are saying all stands cancell as per DG shipping notice.

I would request lookin to this and help to get pending courses to complete online and get (STCW) certificate without paying any extra money. Since 1½ year I am waiting to do my pending course. Please take this as priority case and do needful

Its been 3 months still my SID application status is showing issued forwarded for printing.My indos number is 18HL2542 .
I had applied for my Sid in Feb 11, 2021. Till now the application status shows issued forward for printing. Please note this status is showing from 2 and half months.

They are taking more than 3months but still not doing correction as requested .
Please look into this as the people in office of Master shipping office Ballard Estate Mumbai needs to be in Jail For wasting our precious time as people can’t apply to MMD until and unless they don’t do the necessary correction even after mailing and calling them they don’t even bother to do their work else even reply.

Kindly look into Master Shipping Office People Job as they don’t even do that for which they have been assigned from the government

They are spoiling career as they have taking too long to do correction in Master Checker as even approving all the documents and required Bharat Kosh Receipt .
I have applied for correction in my master checker on 24th February 2021 and given everything they want from my end but still they fail to do the necessary correction till now as it’s 20 May 2021 been 3months they still didn’t even updated and they don’t even reply to mails and calls.
Please look into this as its not just my concern the people in the Master Shipping Office takes everything for granted as it’s my Carrer and they have wasted 3months of mine that they cannot give .

Correction done in middle name but can’t take re appointment application no 94208 . Please refresh...

My sign on date was wrongly uploaded by my oversmart company. So to change it to original date, i applied to dg shipping in 2019 itself. But since their work is exceptional, they just took 2 years to notice my problem .I am thankful for this . But the saddest thing is they still didn't correct it. I hope they take out some time and correct the date within next 100 years.
