[Resolved]  DG Shipping — INDOS photo verification

Good day Sir,
This is Dipanjan Mazumder, INDOS : 17NL1176 .

I have been trying to upload my INDOS photo in vain, during verification it shows "LIVE PHOTO NOT PROPER". I have tried multiple times with different backgrounds, laptops and well illuminated places.

I can not start my elearning courses unless my INDOS photo is verified. Please help urgently sir.
