      INDOS photo verification

      Good day Sir,
      This is Dipanjan Mazumder, INDOS : 17NL1176 .

      I have been trying to upload my INDOS photo in vain, during verification it shows "LIVE PHOTO NOT PROPER". I have tried multiple times with different backgrounds, laptops and well illuminated places.

      I can not start my elearning courses unless my INDOS photo is verified. Please help urgently sir....

      I have applied for CDC on 6th Aug 2022 and still I have not got and response my request is still in process and my joining date is on 8th sep ky ticket is on 6th sep before that I need my CDC no and my seaman's book too please help me in this issue it's my request to you to take samor action in this

                    My Name is Venkadesh. My INDoS Number is 22ZN8178. I made a payment for cdc on 4th Aug 2022. But its not paid successfully. But money has left from my hank account. So I tried again. Same thing happened again. Totally I tried for four times Everytime the same thing was happened. So I lost totally 2800Rs. Then I raised a complaint against my transaction through Email. But there is no proper response. 13 days after payment still no refund. So please atleast give a proper response for every people. And mention a proper contact information in your website.

                      Earlier my CDC got dispatched on 5th of August so I Booked my visa appointment and my flight tickets expecting to receive my parcel in a week, but the speed post number which was given was never tracked. After immense level of mails, all they did was change my dispach date to 10th of August. Consignment number was still the same and still not traceable. My parcel never got booked and i lost all my travels accommodation and my visa appointment. Please help me out. my speed post number is EM[protected]IN and my application number is SMO(M)/2022/208437. Please help me is anyone is reading this.

                                I have applied for CDC renewal . And it's been more than 3 months that It is still under process. I he applied on 26 May 2022. And it's still showing under process.                                     While doing online payment there was a server problem from your side so the payment was made from my bank and was deducted from my account as i saw that the application was still asking for payment so i again had done payment, now that the payment has done three times to dg shipping, I request you to kindly refund the excess amount which is been made on date 14 AUGUST 2022.
