DG Shipping — Payment for BSID Not showing even after making 2 payments.

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Niren Cecil Pereira had applied for BSID as per the steps provided on the website and made payments twice in different methods because after both the payment were made and both the amounts of Rs. 305.90/- and Rs 303/- were deducted from my account the webpage would land back to the main page and even today when I tried to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT it show as MAKE PAYMENT.
My BSID APPLICATION No-139050. INDOS No 04RL0316. I am unable to Schedule an Appointment because the payments made are not showing.

My PAYMENTS

1. REF No[protected] HDFC BANK debited amount Rs. 305.90/-
2. AXIS Credit card ending with 4634 debited amount Rs. 303/-

Kindly request you to look into the payment system and honor any one payment and please refund the other.
