I am Pramod Kumar, Indos# 17ZL0815. I applied for SID card through application No. 95203 for which I had the appointment in Noida for biometric on March 15th, however it has been rejected due to the name but I bear the same name in the application as in my INDos. Please advise as no one is assisting. I have sent several emails wherever I was asked to in order to refresh my application. I even went to mercantile office, Noida twice but I was told to email "[protected]@cdac.in" but no one responded despite repeated requests. Please help!

Although the DG website shows that my application has been approved over a month back, I am yet to receive the COC sticker. I have to join vessel and I am unable to contact anyone via phone or e-mail.

Kindly resolve the matter.

Marvin shipping told us that the the sallery would be 300 dollar per month 150 dollar by ship and another 150 dollar by marvin office, which they had not given us. RPSL no. Of marvin shipping andheri is MUM 362.

I am drawing your attention that the experience I have got from your one of the approved colleges was not well known as Sriram Institute of Marine Bamnoli, Dwarka, Delhi-110077.

As everyone is aware the current situation is not well due to COVID cases rising day by day in the whole world. Firstly, I would like to appreciate the DG Shipping who came up with the online process where we can communicate with the executive for certain help. On the other hand when I personally used this service, I felt so disappointed because nobody is available to answer the phone. So, I personally went to the College to apply for the course which is a requirement of the government to refresh all the courses after five year.

After I arrived at the institute the staff was not working as according to company guidelines and there was not any prompt help from their side. I would like to share two names: Rakhi and Mahima were so irresponsible at work. When I asked Ma'am there are so many students calling you, why are you not answering their phone and later she just smiled at me with no answer. I believe they should respect others' urgency as well because people are travelling from the different towns also to do their assignment and if they receive this kind of behaviour will not be fair for anyone. When I asked those ladies where I can submit these fees they just asked me to wait outside and they will let me know, after some wait I went back thrice to ask them again where I can pay and they just pointed out one of the offices and nobody was available there to receive a payment from me. So again I need to wait for the person. The director of the college is really helpful and kind he came up to help.

I would like to suggest that if the government gives us more excess to log in the course directly it will be more helpful for us and we can not encounter this experience again.

I Mr. Niren Cecil Pereira had applied for BSID as per the steps provided on the website and made payments twice in different methods because after both the payment were made and both the amounts of Rs. 305.90/- and Rs 303/- were deducted from my account the webpage would land back to the main page and even today when I tried to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT it show as MAKE PAYMENT.

I applied SID (application no: 67495) at Noida MMD. My SID application status showing SID dispatched but dispatched address is not full writen as I submitted to Noida MMD in my application hard copy.

My application report is also not showing same address as I submitted to MMD Noida.

Due to this my SID is returned back to Mumbai GPO.

So I have a humble request you to resend my SID at correct address .

My name is Clive Dsouza. I had an appointment for SID on 5 Feb 2021. On the dgshippingbsid website it mentions that the SID has been dispatched and the tracking number is EM[protected]IN, but I haven't got it as of yet. I went to our local post office to inquire about it but they can't find find it as well. Please help.

In regard to appliction :GMDSS/MMD(M)/2021/14950 OF MR SORAB PARVEZ WADIA
On the 26-Mar-21. I was asked to upload company clarification letter as the sign on date mismatched in master checker in addition to that i was asked to re-upload photo, signature & Medical certificate. I was given 7 days to solve this if not my application would be rejected as well as fees would be forfeited.
I manage to re-upload the photo, signature & medical on 26-Mar-21 itself & the company clarification letter was received on the 31-Mar-21 from the Company, I have been trying to Upload the Company Clarification letter in the GMDSS application made on DG e-governance website but I am unable to upload it as my application is showing under Process since 30-Mar-2021.
I have e-mailed the clarification letter to examn.[protected]@gov.in on 31-Mar-21 as initially I had received a mail from them to submit clarification letter. Kindly advice .

I have applied for SID and my application-56807 was rejected due to a middle name issue however now that I have made the necessary changes I am not able to reschedule my appointment as the status of the application says it's under process. Please do the needful as I have to join the vessel this month.
