I am drawing your attention that the experience I have got from your one of the approved colleges was not well known as Sriram Institute of Marine Bamnoli, Dwarka, Delhi-110077.
As everyone is aware the current situation is not well due to COVID cases rising day by day in the whole world. Firstly, I would like to appreciate the DG Shipping who came up with the online process where we can communicate with the executive for certain help. On the other hand when I personally used this service, I felt so disappointed because nobody is available to answer the phone. So, I personally went to the College to apply for the course which is a requirement of the government to refresh all the courses after five year.
After I arrived at the institute the staff was not working as according to company guidelines and there was not any prompt help from their side. I would like to share two names: Rakhi and Mahima were so irresponsible at work. When I asked Ma'am there are so many students calling you, why are you not answering their phone and later she just smiled at me with no answer. I believe they should respect others' urgency as well because people are travelling from the different towns also to do their assignment and if they receive this kind of behaviour will not be fair for anyone. When I asked those ladies where I can submit these fees they just asked me to wait outside and they will let me know, after some wait I went back thrice to ask them again where I can pay and they just pointed out one of the offices and nobody was available there to receive a payment from me. So again I need to wait for the person. The director of the college is really helpful and kind he came up to help.
I would like to suggest that if the government gives us more excess to log in the course directly it will be more helpful for us and we can not encounter this experience again.
