DG Shipping — Sea service correction in master checker

My name is vaitheesh kumar, indos no:14EL2669, actually my sea service details in wrong update in my master checker for my RPSL company side mistake, i try to solve this problem more than one and half year but still I can't solve this problem RPSL company give apology letter for this mistakes and i submit my documents to seaman employment office mumbai, they replay your RPSL company is cancel so you sent your documents to crew branch dgs,
Also sent my documents to crew branch but crew branch said sent your documents to seaman employment office mumbai,
Still now i have this problem so I could not able to apply class 4 exam
Please kindly requested to do something
