I have got the mail from DG for updating my sign off details. The RPSL company is wrongly mentioned so they are unable to update the details. Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest. My joining is getting delayed because of this reason. I have been trying but there is no response from the crew branch

I have done my courses and attended online classes in the month of February 2021, as I have been valued back on the ship, I didn’t do my exit exam. Now( August)I have returned I completed elearning of both courses and wanted to attend the exit exam.

DO I NEED TO DO THE COMPLETED COURSES AGAIN THRU THE ACADEMY ?

OR CAN I ATTEND THE EXIT EXAM NOW ?

Though the on line status read " Sent for printing ", it has been a while now and didn’t receive my SID yet.
Further I had also sent an e- mail (BSID issue inquiry) to [protected]@cdac.in, and yet to receive a response!
Please look into it and appreciate sending the ID at early convenience.

Sir there has been no progress in the status of my application in the last 14 days, it's still shows within the status section "Under Process". My phone calls have been unattended. It's my humble request to you kindly advise me within what time frame I'll be able to get my renewal sticker and DC endorsement as I'm getting delayed to join my next vessel. Hence I have reappeared for course and completed from pondicherry Maritime academy. I was in the critical pandemic situation and my apologies.
