      Sir,
      I have got the mail from DG for updating my sign off details. The RPSL company is wrongly mentioned so they are unable to update the details. Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest. My joining is getting delayed because of this reason. I have been trying but there is no response from the crew branch

        Sir,
        I have got the mail from DG for updating my sign off details. The RPSL company is wrongly mentioned sir. It is ABS Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. but it is mentioned as sanmar shipping so they are unable to update it sir. Please verify and do the needful sir.

              I have paid the fees and attended for 2 stcw courses with Commander Ali academy,
              I have done my courses and attended online classes in the month of February 2021, as I have been valued back on the ship, I didn’t do my exit exam. Now( August)I have returned I completed elearning of both courses and wanted to attend the exit exam.

              DO I NEED TO DO THE COMPLETED COURSES AGAIN THRU THE ACADEMY ?

              OR CAN I ATTEND THE EXIT EXAM NOW ?

              SHOULD I PAY THE EXAMINATION FEES Rs.300 AGAIN ?

                Sea service correction in master checker

                Respected,
                My name is vaitheesh kumar, indos no:14EL2669, actually my sea service details in wrong update in my master checker for my RPSL company side mistake, i try to solve this problem more than one and half year but still I can't solve this problem RPSL company give apology letter for this mistakes and i submit my documents to seaman employment office mumbai, they replay your RPSL company is cancel so you sent your documents...

                Dear sir /madam, i have been contacting dgshipping since 2018 nobody is answering neither replying to my email, i havent received my indian cdc which i applied in 2017 my cdc number is MUM 277900 which i see on the dgshipping website only . Request you to look into this and make me receive my cdc to the earliest possible .

                  My name is Suresh Ramankutty and had applied for my SID card from Chennai (Ref-appt on April 07, 2021, application #130720/ INDOS#18HL6055).
                  Though the on line status read " Sent for printing ", it has been a while now and didn’t receive my SID yet.
                  Further I had also sent an e- mail (BSID issue inquiry) to [protected]@cdac.in, and yet to receive a response!
                  Please look into it and appreciate sending the ID at early convenience.

                        Greetings Sir/Madam,
                        i am Ragis Karthick, my indos number: 11NL3038. I have applied for a Seafarer Identity Document, i finished with data capturing already on April 16 2021 at MMD Chennai but when I check my status, it shows as 'it has been forwarded for printing' for a long time and its not delivered to me yet. so when would it be possible to get it in my hand.? please take a kind action to resolve this.

                              I, Prakhar R.K. Tiwari (INDOS No: 10NL4366) holding a COC of 2nd Mate foreign going vessel, has generated and submitted the online application through DG shipping portal for the renewal of my 2nd Mate COC and Chemical D.C (Basic). Sir there has been no progress in the status of my application in the last 14 days, it's still shows within the status section "Under Process". My phone calls have been unattended. It's my humble request to you kindly advise me within what time frame I'll be able to get my renewal sticker and DC endorsement as I'm getting delayed to join my next vessel.                                 This Arun vellai my indos number 18HL7375 is deactivated.i have got certificate from MOTA. Which is now suspended due to to which my indos number is deactivated. Hence I have reappeared for course and completed from pondicherry Maritime academy. I was in the critical pandemic situation and my apologies.
