Dg Shipping — User id and password mismatch

I am debashis kabiraj dob10.10.1987 & indos no 10SL6229 I cannot login DG profile and showing password and id is mismatch, when I try to recover password option it showing email id is not exist please help me.

Respected sir, i did seafarer registration and i filled it with all detail and also i update my email id. After that password not given. when i clicked on forgot password option it says id doesn't exist. My email id is not match. [protected]@gmail.com my email id. I request you to guide me what to do in this scenario bcoz it's important to update my profile for online booking of exams. Hoping to get a solution from your end.

I could not login my seafarer profile. I tried forgot password link . message showing "password set to your email id " but I did not receive any email .please look this issue as soon as possible early

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I need an urgent help. Tried contacting via mail and number did not get a proper response.
I did seafarer registration and I have filled all the required details long back.
Now when i type my id and password in the dg shipping login page it shows that user id and password does not match. I tried several times but it is showing the same and when i clicked on forgot password option the password which i received via mail doesn't match. It says user id nand password doesn't match. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com (My indos no. 18HL6017 / CDC No. MUM 372529)
I request you to please guide me through and help me reset my password as i need to log in to my Dg shipping profile on priority.
Hoping to get a solution from your end.

Just now I tried to login my seafarers profile, it's showing that my user ID and password is mismatched. So I tried through forget password . Now it's showing the password has been set to your mail ID. But I didn't receive any mails regarding this. Please help me with this.
