DG Shipping Complaints & Reviews

This is a very bad response, I have got from DGShipping. My CDC was applied since long and every time it has been rejected. Now I have applied again and still showing under process since Sept. These people working over here is like go to CST office and then from there (CST office), they say goto your concern consultant and then from there they sent me to the head office of CDC and they send me back to CST office. Still I'm waiting for a good response. Can anyone let me know what has to be done now?

I am writing to you today as i wish to make a formal complaint about the director mr badal singh b. P. Marine academy, sai pooja chembers, sector - 11, c. B. D., belapur, navi mumbai-400614. As we applied admission in b. Sc nautical science, he ask us to pay fee of one lakh rupees as a admission fee to block your seat, we paid to him but admission not confirmed so we canceled the seat asking him to refund the money but he refuse to do so, stated that once paid its not refundable.

I have already taken the initial steps to given formal written complain to mumbai university, however up to this point they have failed to help me out.

O i am requesting to you kindly take action against it and help me with the same.

I sujit ravi naidu have applied for indian cdc 40 days ago. I still cant find any progress in my application. Its very difficult to contact anyone of dg shipping through phone. Is there any links to track the cdc application?
Plz help me sir as it is very urgent to get the cdc.

My name is Rama Mohan Kotla & I sailed on MV OOCL Kaohsiung, a container vessel of 5888 TEU capacity, as Chief Engineer from 19th May 2016 to 19th Sept. 2016. This vessel is owned by a Japanese company & managed by Synergy, Chennai. I am Chief Engineer for the past 18 years & was invited for this company's seminar being conducted on 5th & 6th October in Chennai on the occasion of company completing ten years after inception. Inward & outward flight tickets were sent by SMS & later on the same day, i.e. 26th Sept.'16, they were cancelled. I got SMS messages from the airlines regarding my flight tickets cancellation. But when I called up the various people in the company, the replies were vague. Attached the three SMS messages. Feel it is very arrogant altitude on their part to treat me this way. Requested them though an email reason for cancelling the flight tickets without assigning any reason. I kindly request to take up the matter with them

I mailed indos cell on 5th of sept.2016 and the sent and received a reply from them that they have forwarded the excel sheet number 17 to the desired department for solving the problem.

Problem still exist and is unresolved, i called up e governance and they indeed asked me to contact shipping master (Mumbai).
Already mail t shipping master mumbau, indos cell and e governance.

Appreciate that the problem is attended soon and resolved. If this problem is not solved i am not able to apply for any document.

I have applied for indian cdc in the month of may 18, 2016. My application number is mti/smo(c)2016/[protected]. When i checked in dg shipping site i found no data found. I have applied cdc in hindustan maritime institution kalpakkam chennai. When i contact them, they told it will come soon.Now it is for three and half month.My colleuges had got the cdc last month itself. I have wrote emails to dg shipping of india regarding problems with company goodwood ship management india. No response have been received by me. They are not replying to my emails. The company goodwoodship management is doing monkey business and removing old officer by giving bad reports which is creating problems in future of other seamans.

Kindly find out who is the person reading my emails and not replying.

I tried to find they said my file is missing so what should I do? To rectify this error . Shipping master should do a new requisition for loss of this file

I have indian cdc issued in 2004. Recently, in february 2016, i have received a letter from shipping office to resubmit the supportive documents which i have submitted while applying for cdc which are more than 10years old documents. Luckily i found old support documents photostat copies and submitted all that support documents copies in february 2016. And concerned officer verified the documents with original documents like old passport etc. But unfortunately i have received notice from dg shipping office again stating that resubmit the old documents. They didn't mention anything about the documents which i have submitted in february, 2016. With the recent notice, i understand that they didn't keep copies which i have given them in february, 2016. Now i have to go again to resubmit the copies.

Ltd so i send my resume to that company within 4hrs i got a call from a agent name sumit upadhyay he said lotz of stories to me finally i paid him money after that my friends said he's a fraud agent he already looted my friends money too but the thing is everyone dropped the money in same bank with same name so please kindly help me out to find this agent and get my money back and itz my kindly request

I, mahesh kailas, CDC no. MUM121288 had given an application at shipping Masters office at ballard estate, mumbai on oct 28, 2015 for the inclusion of CDC and indos data in thecDG site. Dear sir, I am Pontian Kerketta My CDC no.CL45644/Indos No.06NL0299. For your kind information my CDC details.does not appear in my Indos checker and my Indos details does not appear in my CDC checker. Have contacted SMO Kolkata personly and upraised this problem but I was told to contact Indos cell for thsi problem. I contacted Indos cell too but I was told to refer this problem to respective SMO. Sir My 2mate coc has been disptached on 24th sept 2015 bt till now i have not recevied my coc. My indos no is 10NL3832 and dob is 10/06/1993.
