Respected sir,

I have wrote emails to dg shipping of india regarding problems with company goodwood ship management india. No response have been received by me. They are not replying to my emails. The company goodwoodship management is doing monkey business and removing old officer by giving bad reports which is creating problems in future of other seamans.

Kindly find out who is the person reading my emails and not replying.

My name is Sanford.R.Furtado I had registered my CDC verification my acknowledgement no is SMO(M)/2016/24412 I have been not replied what happened with my verification and 15 days passed but not rectified de error showing in my profile. I tried to find they said my file is missing so what should I do? To rectify this error . Shipping master should do a new requisition for loss of this file

Respected sir, i did seafarer registration and i filled it with all detail and also i update my email id. After that it showed my user id and password. That id is 09gl8050 same as my indos no. Now when i type my id and password in the dg shipping login page it shows that user id and password does not match. I tried several times but it is showing the same and when i clicked on forgot password option it says id doesn't exist. My email id is...

Dear sir, my first cdc application rejected but still on my seafarer profile it showing under process so i am not able to apply for a new cdc so i have already visited mumbai office and submitted a request for cancel the rejected application from my profile 1 month ago, but still its remains the same.

I have indian cdc issued in 2004. Recently, in february 2016, i have received a letter from shipping office to resubmit the supportive documents which i have submitted while applying for cdc which are more than 10years old documents. Luckily i found old support documents photostat copies and submitted all that support documents copies in february 2016. And concerned officer verified the documents with original documents like old passport etc. But unfortunately i have received notice from dg shipping office again stating that resubmit the old documents. They didn't mention anything about the documents which i have submitted in february, 2016. With the recent notice, i understand that they didn't keep copies which i have given them in february, 2016. Now i have to go again to resubmit the copies.

Ltd so i send my resume to that company within 4hrs i got a call from a agent name sumit upadhyay he said lotz of stories to me finally i paid him money after that my friends said he's a fraud agent he already looted my friends money too but the thing is everyone dropped the money in same bank with same name so please kindly help me out to find this agent and get my money back and itz my kindly request

REP/SMO(M)/2016/2800, I have already paid the fees and uploaded all the relevant documents and send my original CDC via courier to Mumbai shipping office, but i haven't got any response so far, the status is still showing under process.I tried calling them but everytime they told me to call after 2 days its been more than a month.

I, mahesh kailas, CDC no. MUM121288 had given an application at shipping Masters office at ballard estate, mumbai on oct 28, 2015 for the inclusion of CDC and indos data in thecDG site. I can only apply fot my replacement cdc once this is updated. The data is not uploaded yet and I had personally requested the shipping master. Kindly advise me on this. Thank you

Dear sir, I am Pontian Kerketta My CDC no.CL45644/Indos No.06NL0299. For your kind information my CDC details.does not appear in my Indos checker and my Indos details does not appear in my CDC checker. Have contacted SMO Kolkata personly and upraised this problem but I was told to contact Indos cell for thsi problem. I contacted Indos cell too but I was told to refer this problem to respective SMO. Sir My 2mate coc has been disptached on 24th sept 2015 bt till now i have not recevied my coc. My indos no is 10NL3832 and dob is 10/06/1993. Respected Sir, My name is MURALIDHARAN .M.B. and my CDC no. is BY 65784, and INDos no.00EL1689. I have sent back my new replaced CDC for a correction in my misspelled name to Mumbai Shipping Master. Respected sir; I am RAHUL M.G holding Electrical/Electronics Officer CDC - MUM 184097 issued 2011.i started sailing form Oct 2011 as trainee ETO and promoted on Jan 2013 as ETO.Now I try to do this ETO Bridge course, institutes saying that iam not eligible for that one. iam holding certificate of Diploma in Electronics and 10+2 on Commerce ( with Mathematics). Please advice I want to do this 4month ETO course or not(is it compulsory to have 10+2 with science to do this ETO course). Best regards; RAHUL M.G

I have been told that they are not aware of any other candidate who is not a citizen of India and is permitted to for COC exams and hence will check from the DG of shipping. I have indos number from India DG shipping more then ten years before. I have done my ETO course in ‘ Coimbatore Marine college’, Tamilnadu, India and also pursued all my STCW courses etc. from India. I would like to add that I have been sailing as an Electrical Electronics officer on various types of ships for a very long time. I am PIO and residence of India, Maldivian national married with Indian national living in India last 25years. I am holding a Maldivian national passport and CDC . Sir as I am PIO card holder my benefits are parity with non –resident indian (NRIs) in respect of economic, financial educational fields. Henceforth, it is my sincere request to allow me to give ETO COC exam from India without any restrictions. Looking forward to your kind approval.
