[Resolved] Dg Shipping — wrong details entered in seafarer's profile | |||
On seafarers profile, my name is spelled wrong. I have been calling and mailing dg shipping egovernance department which suggested me to contact LBS indos cell. I mailed them details as per their suggestion but no action is being taken. It is just a matter of name correction which is wrongly entered. But no response. I have to book my seat for next month and as usual no assistance from concerned departments. Was this information helpful? | |||

On mailing [email protected] details thing were corrected. It was just difficult to find correct department where it has to be done. DG Shipping customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

i have tried so many times to send mail to [protected]@vsnl.net but its failed every time . there is a discrepancy in my place of birth . i copied the 2 mails for your information.

When i registering my self on DG shipping site for seafarer registration i find, there is a discrepancy on the data regarding my place of birth. on DG shipping site MADHAKHALI is my place of birth which is actually
PASCHIM MIDNAPORE.
So my humble request to you that kindly do the necessary changes .
i am attaching a copy of my passport for proof, by any chance if i have to come with any original please inform me.
