I made payment for videocon tv luck by chance offer and a sony powerbank but no response from their side. Not any msg or mail.. Plz solve it soon.. My email id - [protected]@gmail.com.. My no [protected].. And on this website there is no any option to reset a new password as i forgot my password.. I am not able to log in to this website and also i can't see the order status whether it is processed or not.. And my money is deducted from netbanking but no any response from their side and also i want to reset my password so that i could log in again and see the order status so plz kindly process the order or make the refund so plz solve it soon.. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.
