I'm really frustrated by above statement.i received your order but what i ordered and what are you giving us totally different items.i have some snapshot to prove my statement. What i ordered is 32 inch led tv (quantity 2) and What i received is small packet thats looking like cloth. My order No. is DS35819, DS35820, DS35698.

I'm sorry to say but you have crossed all the limits of patience that a man can hold. In simple words, I've ordered two Videocon LED TV and a memory card. And in return I got nothing but a package that contains something made of fabrics. As a proof I've taken some photos of the sealed pack that you delivered and to remind you, the seal is not yet broken. So now I have a straight bargain with you as you haven't responded to any of my mails, that I will be waiting for 3 more days for either the product to arrive or to get back the amount that I have paid for it. Or else I will be forced to take legal actions against you and your company at the Cyber Crime Cell of Delhi.

I order 2 Videocon 32" Led Tv and 1 memory card on 15th march 2016. money is deducted from my Card Rs 13747/- Dhamaal shop company not respond any call . I Call Many time on Your number:- [protected] but Still When I select talk To Costumer Care
