Membership fraud

Paid around 1800 and did not got any order id or information from them

    Harassing for 2 years for refund of booking amount.

    Totally a fraud and cheating construction company.

    We have booked a flat in vasudha green apartment near kamalgazi, kolkata 700103, on 19/06/2020 and the booking check of 50000 was cleared on 22/07/2020 through a employee of them named " Mr Deepankar Dhar, ph no- [protected].

    But due to some personal problem, we were not able to buy this flat and submitted cancellation application on 12th july 2020 to refund our...

    cheating of 5 lacs booking amount for flat vasudha green, near kamalgazi

    Address: 4 Hisndustan Park, Kolkata 700029, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700029

    Totally a fraud and cheating construction company.

    We have booked 5lacs for vasudha green apartment near kamalgazi, kolkata 700103, on 8th september 2019. This agreement was done between us and joint venture of senco infrastructure pvt ltd and joy majumder & co.

    But due to some personal problem, we were not able to buy this flat and submitted cancellation application on 15th september 2019 to refund our money...

    We have been duped and cheated by the Joy Majumder & Co., situated at 4, Hindustan Park, Kolkata. At the time of booking a flat at their Mira Garden project(near Madhyamgram Tel. Exchange), we gave the booking amt. of Rs.1lakh and was allotted a flat. But afterwards another flat was allotted to us(without taking our permission/ consent), very different from the one previously allotted and consequently we cancelled the booking. The chq. got cleared on 19.12.2013 and we have already made 4 rounds of their office to get the refund, but of no avail. Instead we are being harassed continuously day after day over phone and in person.

    Sir because of noise of macines i Am suffring from migrane headik.And there are 5 factories.infront of my house and 1 factory from five of them has computerise machine.which works 24 hours.and make a lot of noice so pls take action as soon as possible.
