I have booked ticket from hyderabad to amalapuram through paytm, journey date 22/06/16. At last moment of the day bus operator has cancelled the ticket & told me that the amount of rs.3180/- will be refunded on next day but the amount has not yet refunded. Please refund the amount of rs.3180/- at the earliest.

This is Nagababu, I would like to draft a complaint against dhanunjaya travels. I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to shiridi. But while boarding the bus I came to know that the bus they have allotted was kaleswari under the name of danunjaya. Also the bus was not in good condition, also without any intimidation the bus was late by 1.30 hours. How one can use other companies name and cheat the customers. I am going to file a case against this issue

I am narayanareddy. I am facing an with Dhanunjaya travels when i was travelling time. Actually i have booked a ticket from Bengalore to hyderabad (4 march 2016
Boarding point is Tinfactory). bus Pick up time is 9.00 PM. i am waited So long time.11.00 Clock but Bus is not came that i called to Customer care office they are pick the my phone call i asked my bus details they are saying that sorry your bus has been left that time i said i am not getting single call also from your people then next customer care people said that your money will be refunded till know i did not get the money in my account

Worst service ever
i booked hyd to mumbai semi sleeper
through online after got the confirmation they informed me seats are not available so that they are upgrading to sleeper on same day, pickup time is 7.45 PM
pickup van is picked up after 9 pm
after 10 :15 buses started but A/c in not working they offer all the passenger to refund Rs 200 whole night terrible journey after 6am they stopped each and ever stop taken local passenger to make up their amount as well as the staff are making money in irregular manner.

i suggest you before booking Dhanunjaya Travels you think 100 times
my suggestion is auto rickshaw is more better

I had booked a ticket from bangalore to Hyderabad, the bus timings were supposed to be at 11.15PM, I waited till 12.30AM but the bus did not appear. It is a very bad thing for me to go back alone . safety matters. And this traveler 's driver still did not pick the cal, instead switched the phone off. This makes me very angry being in such situations.

I booked a ticket for Dhanunjaya travels in redbus site from Shirdi to Hyderabad. But there is no bus available there instead there is another travels which cheap infrastructure. When we call Dhanunjaya travels, they are saying it's not them. The bus was also placed in some corner of the city but not allocated location. Be careful.

I faced an issue with New dhanunjaya travel when i am travelling from Hyderabad - Bangalore on 15th June 2015 and the bus is Volvo AC B9R Multi-axel Semi Sleeper, PNR: ABRS3658263 Order ID: [protected]. I am raising the complaint to get the refund, as the bus got overheat and the driver has not provided any solution apart from telling to go by other bus. we crossed kurnool @ 4:30AM and the driver stopped bus and told everyone to get down and go by other bus, as the existing bus got overheat and unable to proceed the travel. we are helpless that time as there are no busses to run that time to bangalore. we have struggled alot to reach bangalore and we spent 500rs from kurnool to bangalore(kurnool-anantapoor-bangalore).

Unfortunately I have booked Bus Tickets for My Wife & Daughter for their journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 14.05.2015 by your bus through M/s Abhi Bus Co, vide Abhi Bus Booking ID ABRS3519926 & operator PNR –ABRS3519926. The bus of M/s Dhanunjay Travels was supposed to pick them and commence journey at 05.00PM on 14.05.2015. Immediately after getting down from the pick up van from KPHB they were asked to board the bus of M/s Omer Travels stating that the Bus of Dhanunjay travels have some mechanical problem & made to sit in different seats. After travelling upto 8.00PM, the bus was stopped and they were asked to get down and board the bus of Dhanunjay Travels. The bus of Dhanunjay Travels started & broke down. The bus was stranded on the highway from 8.30PM to 5.00AM on 15.05.2015 in the remote area. All passengers were starved for food, water & natural calls. After Police intervention, the passengers were sent back to Hyderabad by adjusting them in Hyderabad bound busses. My wife & child made to sit on the floor of a sleeper coach for that travel as the bus was full. Due to prior commitments at Mumbai, I have booked airtickets for them in IndiGo 6E -263 (ticket Nos.NC61GN) at a total cost of Rs.7, 370/-. Now, I demand for the following : (a) Complete refund of Bus fare (b) Reimbursement of airfare as the act of assigning a unfit bus was intentional and not accidental since they were aware that the bus was not in good condition. (c) Rs.15000/ Compensation towards harassment meted out to my family members. I shall approach the Consumer forum if my demands are not met. I book ticket from mumbai through Redbus online. Mean while in the middle they stop for fuel an hour late For no reason. Then before sadasivpet bus catch fire and all off sudden we got time to get down. Then i tried to call for help to redbus people to arrage for next journey. Driver doesn't help and we stand an hour in open sky around 30 members look in this matter for future care. let them know that help people.

I was booked ticket from Hyderabad to vizag (vishakapatnam) for 31-OCT-2013 with Dhanunjaya Travels . Dhanunjaya Travels cancelled the bus service for that day with unknown reasons.
Dhanunjaya Travels assured me that money will be refunded with in 7 working days but still i haven't received my amount Rs: 3000/-.

I was calling from last one month but no response

Please help on this.

Ticket no: DBRS2633989 From Bangalore to Vijayawada Date of booking:[protected] Date of journey:[protected] Amount paid : 1200 /- + 100 ( for extra charges) I got cancellation information on the journey date[protected] and I could not able to book another ticket. I paid more money to travel on the same date. Till now I didn’t get my cancellation amount Rs : 1200 /-, and they are not responding properly. This is third time I am raising complaint against Dhanunjaya travels. I am really frustrated with Dhanunjaya travels and there response. Please take strong action on them.

My ticket number is DBRS2673069. I have booked the ticket on 26-Oct-2013 from Vijayawada to Bangalore. My date of Journey is 04-Nov-2013. I got a call from Dhanunjaya Travels on 01-Nov-2013, to cancel my ticket as the bus service on 04-Nov-2013 was cancelled. I have done the same, but till date i did not get my amount refunded. I have booked 4 seats and seat numbers are I1, I2, I3 and I4 and the amount to be refunded is Rs 7999/-. Please do the needful in refunding my amount ASAP

I have booked a AC Semi Sleeper bus ticket for my brother (Arjun R) from Pune to Hyderabad in Dhanunjaya Travels through AbhiBus.com (since there is 100 rupees off on every ticket).
Timing and Date: 7:30 PM and 10/03/2013.
Location to get the bus: Wakad, Hinjewadi Bridge near Police chowki.

I reached the location 5 mins before time (7:25 PM) and called to AbhiBus customer care and he provided me the Driver number.
Then I called the Driver, asked about the bus that when it is going to reach near the bridge and he said that it will be reaching after 15 minutes.
Later I called him around 7:45PM and he said that the bus is about to reach the location.
Again I called him around 8:00 PM and he ignored my call 2 times and later he cut my call.
At last he lifted my call around 8:50 PM and he said that someone is sitting in my booked seat (G4) to whom he assumed me.
I asked him that you don't verify ticket for people before they enter the bus? and from which route the bus was taken?
He replied that he will verify the person who is sitting in my seat and let me know but later I didn't receive any call from him.
So I myself called the driver and he said that the person was fraud and has now left the bus.
Then the driver was not ready to accept his mistake and said that how can he check everyone's ticket and he started scolding me that I should be on time at location to catch the bus.
Later I called AbhiBus customer care, he said that he will find out the problem and he will let me know after 10 mins but no call from customer care later.
I called the Driver and I said that I need my ticket money refunded or else book me a ticket for next day otherwise I file a complaint.
He said that he will book me a ticket for next day and he will be sending ticket on my number in the next day morning (11/03/2013).
This is the complaint I am filing on 10/03/2013 night since I don't want to take risk.

At the end, I need my ticket money refunded or next day ticket since I am no where wrong.

My Assumption: I guess they do fraud on weekends since they can sell tickets in black for making good money.

I took a Dhanunjaya Travels bus from Hyderabad to Mumbai. I cannot being to tell you how many times I was bitten by Bed Bugs in the over-night journey. Both my arms, legs and my torso region looked like a battle zone where world war 3 had been fought. 3 weeks have elapsed sine my travel and I am still itchy all over.

The only upside to it was that the bus staff was willing to relocate me to another seat, but bed bugs would be everywhere.
