From last three months I am visiting dhvbnl city office under sbzi mandi file over but they are not submitting the file on server and execute is that file is enter on wrong Id but problem not correct from last two month a no of people waiting for same and problem is just to enter correct id on server which as per city office will be correct by noida office but also the city office staff not ready to contact with nodia office but ask from consumer to contact with noida office. But there is no complaint no or mail id for noida office or md of dhvbnl avail online and nobody providing the sameBut there is no complaint no or mail id for noida office or md of dhvbnl avail online and nobody providing the same and dhvbnl all consumer grievance services compact only for complaint regarding bill problem as well as ivr also tunned on the same manner, then how the public problem resolve and who will take the complaint and by which mean problem should address to noida or md office, there is no proper or direct way to complaint or get correct our problem, if we give written complain sdo and office staff not taking then where should we go Was this information helpful? |
