Dhlhub.in — lg television and cashback on paytm wallets

I have ordered the good on 31st JAN and was told me that product will be delivered by 15th of FEB. Now no one is answering the calls neither responding the Emails. There was promise that 20% cash back on PAYTM wallets. That also has not received.

Please help in Get the product or refund of amount. My order no is 178. I feel PAYTM also involved in this company if not how any company can advertise with their name.
