Hi,

I had placed an order (Orderid:195) for a motorola phone by paying entire money using paytm.

The order was placed on 7th feb 2018. But they are not willing to deliver it even after several follow up.

They are not providing shipping tracking number.

When i asked to cancel, they are not doing that too.

Please help me to get my refund
