Hi,

I placed an order by a website (www.dhlhub.in) for mi y1 (Gold, 32gb) mobile phone.

I paid by paytm app to their given dhl account:[protected]

After that, they sent me an email that my order has been successfully received and they will send the product within 7-10 days.

The order was placed on 24th jan 2018 but still, i have not received...

I have ordered the good on 31st JAN and was told me that product will be delivered by 15th of FEB. Now no one is answering the calls neither responding the Emails. There was promise that 20% cash back on PAYTM wallets. That also has not received.

Please help in Get the product or refund of amount. My order no is 178. I feel PAYTM also involved in this company if not how any company can advertise with their name....

Hi,

I had placed an order(orderid:141) for a MIA1 phone by paying entire money using paytm.

The order was placed on 13th jan 2018. But they are not willing to deliver it even after several follow up.

They are not providing shipping tracking number.

Please help me...

When i asked to cancel, they are not doing that too.

I bought product from the dhlhub.in and they mail me for that order and despatch time was 7 - 15 days. But still i am not getting my order.

As well as they promises to return my cashback amount which is paid by paytm and same issue with this still i am not getting cashback amount.

They always told me : sir we are arranging a direct call from our dispatch department very soon you will receive...
