DIMTS — against driver

The bus driver has not stop the bus at the bus stop ISHWAR NAGAR around 9' am, when I came to point them out, the bus driver n conductor misbehaved n abused me n said not again stop the bus. Please kindly do appropriate action against them. Dimts route number-418 ( BADARPUR TO SHAHDRA). BUS NO. DL-1P 6793. Please take strict action against them.
