[Resolved]  DIMTS — Misbehave and Slapped by Bus Conductor - Bus Route 336A

Dear sir/ma'am

I want to register complaint against cluster bus conductor and bus registration no DL1P3692, TIME 07:30 PM. Bus no 336A.

Sir I board the bus no 336A from Preet Vihar for going to Vivek Vihar Police station bus stand on 13/12/2021 at around 7.30 PM.
I asked for a ticket of Rs 5 and gave Rs 10 to bus conductor and he gave me ticket and balance Rs 5 in Rs 1 coins each, i requested him to take back the coins and i gave him Rs 5 in place of earlier Rs 10.

But he refused to return the same and told me aage nikal ja, hawa aane de, i objected him to not use such kind of language, but he shout on me and immediately stand from his seat and gave me a slap on my face, i was stunned with this action of the bus conductor.

The Civil defense personnel present in the bus didn't spoke to the conductor about his action.

I need strict action on him.
Pls do something for self esteem of a passenger and do not happened such incidence with any other passenger in future.

The Driver of the Cluster bus No.DL1PD2348 R.No.260 skips Krishi Bhawan (Dr. Rajendra Pd Road) bus stand. While almost all buses of Rout No.260 & 270, even DTC green and red buses, which I ride from Bhajanpura to Krishi Bhawan(Dr.R.P. Road) passes from Krishi Bhawan. Bus this Bus No.DL1PD2348 R.No.260 never follows the rout after Firoz Shah Road bus stand and takes shortcut.
In this regard, driver of Cluster bus No.DL1PD2348 R.No.260 Down should be warned about skipping of Krishi Bhawan Bus Stand and avoid shortcut after Feroz Shah Road bus stand.
