Bus karawal nagar terminal se timing par nhi chalti hai. Passengers dono gate par khade hokar wait kar rhe the. Aaj bus ka time hone par driver ne bus terminal ke andar bus ke dono gate open nhi kiye sirf aage wala hi gate open kiya fir sare passanger aage gate se entry ki or senior citizen uncle or aunty ne jab driver se picche wale ke bare me bola ki picche wala gate open karna chahiye tha apko.To driver bhut hi buger or misbehaviour se unke sath chilakar bola or bus band kar ke bus se utar gaya. Driver bola ki bus ab khin nhi jari jo karna h krlo. Marshal bhi aged uncle aunty ke sath misbehaivour or nonsense way me baat kar rhi thi. Mene bus to start krke chalne ke liye bola to driver bola jo karna h karle or jaha complaint karni h krlo bus nhi jayegi. Marshal lady boli tumhare jaise compain wale daily milte hai hume. Hum delhi buses ki regular passanger hai agar bus driver or bus marshal is trah se behave krenge or sr. Citizen ki disrespect krege to delhi buses me travel krna bhut hi mushkil task ho jaega. Sir m apko yahi bolunga please aap is compaint par strictly action le or is trah ke driver passenger ko nahi chahiye jo is trah se behave kare. Jo sr. Ki or passenger ke sath is trah behave kare.

That the driver who told his name as parmod was driving the bus in the negligent manner and had consumed the alcohol the bus number was DL1PD6188 ON 30.08.2023 AT AROUND 8:30 °AM when passanger asked him to stop the bus the driver misbehaved and threatened to kill the passanger¹

Dear sir,

I travel on bus no 6898 and route no 473 but the driver of the bus drives the bus in a very wrong way and does not stop the bus even at the bus stop causing a lot of trouble to all the people. I was sitting from Nirman Vihar and I had to get down at Laxmi Nagar but the driver didn't stop the bus and suddenly applied brakes due to which I fell down and got hurt
I request you to pls strick action on it

This is to inform you that I daily travel for my office through the DTC and cluster bus. Most of the times the drivers of Route no. 727 never follow the exact route.

Dated[protected] when I was travelling back to home from the office, I entered the orange cluster bus with route no. 727 and Bus No. DL1PC6776. According to the route, bus should pass from Manglapuri terminal and then carry forward its journey, but they denied to follow the main route. I continuously asked them to follow the path but they passed from the Palam flyover making a shortcut. I was physically assaulted and abused by the driver and the Civil Defence Officer. They tore and broke my shirt and shirt button and threaten me to pull out the iron rod for beating.

The Civil Defence Officer has the duty to protect the civilians instead he himself became a threat to me and other passengers. He forcefully made me and other people to exit the bus on Health Centre bus stop. This is shameful that they are not doing the only duty properly and also threatening and physically assaulting me.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
The request is that we are the daily commuters from bus number 418A. Just a few days back on 10th June 2023, Delhi cluster bus 418 was removed from its regular route and replaced by DTC bus. But DTC bus There is no fixed time for this. Due to which we are facing a lot of difficulty in going to office. If the bus arrives by mistake, it breaks down on the way. Earlier, the cluster buses of 418 were plying in the morning. And in the evening it used to come at its scheduled time. I humbly request you to restore the cluster bus number 418A from Shahdara Terminal to Badarpur Border as before. There are too many on this route. Kindly run at least 3 cluster orange buses from Shahdara terminal from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. I hope that action will be taken on this issue as soon as possible. You will be very kind.

Hi mera nam sahil h or aaj m or kayi sare log chandpur crossing pr bus ka wait kr rhe the bus aayi or us driver ne bus roki nhi, we even ran past the bus but he still didn't stop, m apne interview k liye late hogya is ghtiya driver ki wjah se, bus ka number DL 1PD 4459 h. My name is aslam . Today (06/05/2023) i came from shalimar bagh in bus route no. 761 azadpur to mangla puri (vehicle no DL1PD0721) .
i said the driver to stop the bus on dabri crossing stand but he did'nt stop and said me to shut your mouth otherwise i'll slape you.

Daily i do to narela in college but when we come to home at 1 pm many buses comes for bawana depot and others but doesnot stop buses in sabji mandi narela and narela railway station and others stands of narela

Today 3rd Apr, 23 route no 849 Kamruddhin to Tilak Nagar Bus no 6044 Driver is not stopping the bus at Inder enclave bus stop even after giving hand to stop. Driver saw me that i am giving hand to stop the bus even after he didn't stop and countinue to run the bus. This is not happening first time from last week driver is doing the same thing. Please instruct Driver to stop bus at Inder enclave stop as there is very limite buses of 849 route so passergers are getting late to office on daily basis. I request you to please look in to this matter and do the needful for smooth commuting

I boarded in 137 bus no DL1PD5078.Bus crew took wrong route around 09:35 today on 01/04/23. Bus crew very rude, rough and non cooerative. Kindly take appropriate action. I am 66 year old. I took the bus from Adarsh Nagar and I was to go to village Khera khurd but but the bus took a wrong route at their own will. Kindly take appropriate action in the subject matter
