Dear Sir/ Madam,
The request is that we are the daily commuters from bus number 418A. Just a few days back on 10th June 2023, Delhi cluster bus 418 was removed from its regular route and replaced by DTC bus. But DTC bus There is no fixed time for this. Due to which we are facing a lot of difficulty in going to office. If the bus arrives by mistake, it breaks down on the way. Earlier, the cluster buses of 418 were plying in the morning....

Hi mera nam sahil h or aaj m or kayi sare log chandpur crossing pr bus ka wait kr rhe the bus aayi or us driver ne bus roki nhi, we even ran past the bus but he still didn't stop, m apne interview k liye late hogya is ghtiya driver ki wjah se, bus ka number DL 1PD 4459 h. My name is aslam . Today (06/05/2023) i came from shalimar bagh in bus route no. 761 azadpur to mangla puri (vehicle no DL1PD0721) .
i said the driver to stop the bus on dabri crossing stand but he did'nt stop and said me to shut your mouth otherwise i'll slape you.
sir please solve my problem as soon as possible .

On hakkikat nagar bus stand. Bus driver didn't stop bus on bus stop and bus no. was DL1PD4783 and rout no 153.

Dear sir/madam,
Daily i do to narela in college but when we come to home at 1 pm many buses comes for bawana depot and others but doesnot stop buses in sabji mandi narela and narela railway station and others stands of narela
Please help me. Gives direction to all the bus driver of these route stop buses in busstands
Today i was waiting 45 min more than 10 bus moves front of me no one stop ..in kasturi ram school busstand around 1 pm please take it serious.
Please give strict guideline to stop the bus all bus stands..

Today 3rd Apr, 23 route no 849 Kamruddhin to Tilak Nagar Bus no 6044 Driver is not stopping the bus at Inder enclave bus stop even after giving hand to stop. Driver saw me that i am giving hand to stop the bus even after he didn't stop and countinue to run the bus. This is not happening first time from last week driver is doing the same thing. Please instruct Driver to stop bus at Inder enclave stop as there is very limite buses of 849 route so passergers are getting late to office on daily basis. I request you to please look in to this matter and do the needful for smooth commuting

I boarded in 137 bus no DL1PD5078.Bus crew took wrong route around 09:35 today on 01/04/23. Bus crew very rude, rough and non cooerative. Kindly take appropriate action. I am 66 year old. I took the bus from Adarsh Nagar and I was to go to village Khera khurd but but the bus took a wrong route at their own will. Kindly take appropriate action in the subject matter

Cluster bus number DL 1pd 4826, 4317Rishal Garden Najafgarh Road ke stand per Nahin roki aur ladies passenger Dekhkar gadi Bhaga Le Jaate Hain Bus ka root number 539 Hai donon ka Mujhe Kutub Minar Jana Tha driver ke Prati kaarvayi honi chahie Sar ji. The driver was doing rush driving too. For any further information you can check the gps of the buses

I hade travel yesterday dated-21.03.23 from c2b janakpuri to zakhira by bus route no-832 vide bus registration no-dl1pd-0108 my bus fare ticket no#[protected] for rs-10 bus from kair depot vid1090202 op16143 shift[protected]. I am 60 yrs old had pick bus and take seat whoes empty back side of driver. A few minit later lady home guard come near me and said e budda uthle seat se e seat mera reserve hai, mene bola khali thi isliye badhgiya, but she and driver said to me uthle nehi to dhaka markae niche phek dung ga.But mene seat nehi chora kyu ki ladies seat khali thi.

Dear DIMTS Management,

I am writing this mail in response to the absolutely bad driving and behaviour of one of your driver plying Bus No. DL-1P-C-4312.

It was around 09:30 pm of 20.03.2023. Due to heavy rain the traffic signals were not working and traffic got stuck at Moti Nagar chowk. Bus No. DL-1P-C-4312 was coming from Punjabi Bagh going towards Anand Parbat while I was driving my car from Moti Nagar towards Rajouri Garden. Traffic police after some time came to ease the traffic situation. While the bus was standing very close to my car the traffic person tole him to wait so that traffic of other side could go but he intentionally drove the bus as hit my car from back side thereby damaging it.

Even after the accident when I confronted him, he misbehaved and said "do whatever you can do I don't care". This kind of attitude of this driver will someday cause a big accident. He drove the bus recklessly.

At the point of the accident itself I gave a call to Delhi Police Helpline 112 and tomorrow I will file FIR against him positively and will complain to all other forums of Delhi Government as well.

I would request you to suspend this man immediately to save the lives of other people driving on delhi roads.

Green bus stop plate is needed to install at request bus stop primary school of khera khurd village which is between the khera khurd Nahar crossing bus stop and khera khurd village bus stand.Bus driver did not Stop properly at primary school bus stand due to lack of DTC bus stand plate in which mentioned the number of all buses which goes through that route. Every driver says that he will not Stop bus there because there is no stand plate installed there. Bus drivers stops the buses khera khurd bus stop when bus is coming from nagli side and after that he stops the bus khera khurd Nahar crossing.
Please take this issue into your account.the locality of khera khurd village is facing a lot of problem.

A Blue bus came at the Zafrabad bus stand in morning. But he didn't opened the door and he was driving the bus so rash...
One lady was almost fell down when she tried to enter the bus but the bus driver didn't stopped the bus at bus stand. Hope u will take appropriate action on the bus driver.

और conform करें के कोई भी driber dubbel ड्यूटी न करे driver की ड्यूटी लिस्ट पोस्ट कररहा हूँ कृपा करके देख लेना

वो नींद मैं बस चलाते हैं यहाँ पे ड्यूटी इंचार्ज पेस लेकर डब्बेल ड्यूटी कराता है आप driver पे action लेते हो लेकिन ड्यूटी इंचार्ज पे action नहीं लेते एक बार ड्यूटी इंचार्ज पे action लो फिर कोई भी डब्बेल ड्यूटी नहीं होगी driver पूरे month डब्बेल ड्यूटी करते हैं
