C dimts — not stop on bus on the bus stop yamuna apartments while returning to tara apartments.

Today at about 8:45 pm bus driver of the cluster bus no dl 1 pc 6541 bus route number 540 did not stop his bus on yamuna apartments while while he was driving his bus from safdarjung/ kendriya terminal to tara apartments. I had requested him to stop 2 to 3 times and also had pressed the "stop requested button" but he didn't stop. When i sternly again instructed him to stop his bus, he finally stopped it and i got down and for that he even misbehaved with me. It is a normal practice done by the delhi transit corporation buses who drive buses dangerously in order to compete with the delhi transport corporation buses. It is very bad and make a black point on delhi transport department...

I m waiting for this bus 825+790 at dhola kuon bus stop but the bus no DL 1PD2573 did not stop at dhola kuon bus stop properly. I was running to catch the bus. The driver has not turned the bus inside the bus stop. Bus cross directly by Highway.

    Today at about 4:15 pm bus driver of the cluster bus no dl1pc 6453 don't stopped his bus on khan mkt bus stop while he was driving his bus from v vihar side towards shahdara. I was given signal to him but he didn't stopped his bus. And avoid my signal intensely. It was seems that he was driving his bus very dangerously in competition with the other bus. Some senior citizen was standing on above bus stop. It is very bad and make a black point on delhi transport department

      सर मैं आपको इंफ़ोम करना चाहता हूँ की केर डेपु मैं जो कोंडटर सूपर्वायज़र हैं वो हम कोंडक्टर के साथ बहुत ग़लत कर रहे है हमसे रुपय लयकेर हमारी डूटी फ़िक्स करते है अगर हम रुपय ना दे तो हमको डूटी नहीं देते है इसकी हमने काफ़ी बार कम्प्लेन बी की बँट कोई ऐक्शन नहीं हुआ!
      मेरी आपसे हाथ जोड़कर विनती है के प्लीज़ एक बार इस बात पे गोर कर के कोई ऐक्शन लिया जाय या तो सूपरवाइज़र चेंज करों या कोई ओर ठोस क़दम उठाया जाय क्योंकि सर हमारे साथ बहुत ग़लत हो रहा है

        Dear sir/madam,
        It was very bad experience i have faced when i was travelling in bus (Route no. 473, bus no. - dl 1 pc 6947, date[protected], time 9.45 - 10.00am). Money has been demanded by driver from passengers to allow them to sit on bonot and allow to sit on his back area without ticket. I know sir bonot and back area of driver are not permissible area to sit but driver allowed to sit both of the passengers whose gave him money (Ticket has been not taken by the passengers who gave money to driver). Sir look into the matter because those passenger has came from outside of delhi and they had to gone kapashera border but driver got them on the bus and taken 50rs as fare (Without given ticket). When passenger asked him for destination (Kapashera border) he dropped them at maharani bagh bus stand. You see sir/madam, is it good with traveller experience.

        Moreover this, when i asked him for this he told me that i am the owner of this bus i will do what i want and no-one can sit nearby me without my permission. I agree with his sentences that no-one can sit without his permission or this is also not permissible by law but i am not agree that he will take money from the passengers to allow them to sit.

        I have attached the photo and ticket of the driver. Please take the action against him. For any clarification feel free to call me.

          I want to log the complaint of driver of bus route no. 206a bus no. Dl1p2256 from kashmiri gate to mayur vihar i was board to the bus from jagat puri and when i was at the front door for de-board from the bus, he was not stop the bus at stand, when i told him to stop the bus he argued and misbehave with me. Even he abused me. When i said that i"ll make your complaint and tried to get the picture of the bus and bus no. He drove the bus to hit me, but luckily i was able to push me back on time and sure to be safe. After that he ran the bus from their.

          I want to log the complaint against the driver and want you to please take a strict action against him and punish him.

            Route no. 473 & 405, there are many bad elements like pick pocketers, looters riding in these buses from badar pur border every time and they forcibly looting & abusing passengers regularly, please attention and deploy security personnel as early as possible, 2. Bus conductors also misbehaving and distributing tickets from there seats while the full of passengers bus starts from its source instead of seat to seat ticketing, pick pocketers do there job in this process of taking ticket by passenger from the seat of bus conductor.

              I am a daily commuter of rout number bus 73, from shakarpur to hari nagar, when i returning from hari nagar in the evening time, that is around 8.00 p. M. There were no bus service 1 and 1/2 hour. All bus we're dissapaired from rout. We all passengers were waiting for bus but bus not coming timely. So, i on behalf of all passengers side request you to kindly look into this matter. And increase the bus service frequency as soon as possible.

                Hi i am bus travel passenger bus route no - 460 (Minto road terminal). I am taking bus from sukhdev vihar bus stand to ina metro station. The bus charged me from okhla tank to minto road terminal. The ticket conductor charged to me rs. 15 of the ticket cost. Kindly help me out it would be correct price or not. Kindly revert me back as soon as possible.

                  I boarded the bus no. 6879 of route no. 402 at about 8:20 am in the morning, i requested the bus conductor for a ticket of rs. 10 and gave him 10 rupees note for the gtb nagar bus stop, the next bus stop of kashmere gate which is about 5-7 seconds away from the bus stop from where i boarded and on the next stand the ticket checker came i told them that i boarded from the last stand and requested for the ticket but the conductor didn't give me the ticket on the right time because he was busy on his mobile phone, then the checkers boarded me off the bus and asked me to pay the penalty of rs. 200, i briefly explained them my situation but they refused to accept any of my words, then they forcefully opened my bag and snatched my purse out of it and took 200 rupees from it and handed me a receipt with a penalty of rs. 200 written on it.
                  I insisted them to show their id cards but they refused me and even abused me to go away. Kindly help me through this.

                      This is on route no 522. The driver didn't stop bus at Andrews Ganj and keeps on speeding up. When I raised voice, he abused all of the passengers.

                      The bus no is DL1PC5409.

                      Is this kind of service we're paying for?

                      Teach you driver and conductor basic manners and ettiquettes and first of all teach them how to follow traffic rules

                        Dl 1t 1012 - bus route no 711.

                        I boarded the bus route no 711 (Dl-1t 1012) at nangal raya at 3:10 pm on 3-march 2018.
                        My ticket was for rs 15 for which i gave a rs 20 note. The conductor didnt have change at that time and asked me to wait.
                        Before my destination i arrived i requested the conductor to return the balance amount of rs 5.
                        The conductor at that time misbehaved with me, shouted on me and refused to return my balance money.

                        Request you to please take strict action against the unruly behaviour of the bus conductors.
                        Bus driver not stop bus at shakar croosing bus stop. I run upto nirman vihar stop then we took up this bus. BUSNO DL1PD3099 of seemapuri depot AT 2:56pm then bus driver and conductor abuse me. I say to conductor give me complaint book he says that i have no camplaint book please take a strict action against driver and conductor

                          Service - change in name on driving license

                          Problem - my aadhaar has my name as "maneet kochar" and my driving license has it as "maneet singh kochar". I want to get my driving license updated as my aadhaar. For this i have also taken out a gazette notification.

                          In the online services offered on parivahan website, there is a service offered for change in name. I paid the fees and also took an appointment. When i went to rto officer (Mlo chandra prakad i guess) there, they completely declined and mentioned that as per indian motor vehicles act, there is not provision of name change. He told me i would have to create a new license starting from the learners license. Also he was very rude with me.

                          I want to understand following questions
                          1) why is there a service on parivahan website for name change?
                          2) what is the problem in removing middle name if the person has all the proofs?
                          3) why do we want to make life difficult for a common man by telling him to create a new license?
                          4) why do we have to be rude with the common man?

                            Sir, /madam,

                            I would like to draw your kind attention about the irresponsible behavior of a cluster bus driver dated 19th feb, 2018 at about 6:50 p. M.

                            I was travelling from pocket c mayur vihar, ph-ii towards nh 24 via lsc market by bike.
                            A dtc bus (Green colour) bearing no. Dl 1 pc 8353, having route no. 348 moving in same direction with normal speed.

                            Suddenly another cluster bus (Orange colour) having same route no. 348 bearing no. Dl1p c 6458 driving rashly and overtook the dtc bus in order to board maximum no. Of passengers of the same route.

                            During the above scenario i was stuck in between the two buses.

                            It is therefore my humble suggestion that-

                            I) driver must be taught the basic traffic rules to ensure road safety of the co-travellers.

                            Ii) departure time of the same route buses (Dtc & cluster) is so arrange as to maintain a minimum 15 minutes difference to avoid undue incident that happened on dated 19thfeb.

                              Sir,

                              Today, i. E. On 16/2/2018 at 09.20 am, i boarded the bus from mandi house having route no. 310 up and bus no. Dlipd2558 which goes upto jheel (A scanned copy of the ticket is attached) and requested for ticket upto rainy well. Instead the conductor of the bus handed over me the ticket which indicates that it commences from krishi bhawan upto ito (Agcr). On seeing the ticket i immediately told the conductor that you have wrongly punched the ticket which is upto ito (Agcr) and instead he told me not to worry.

                              When i dropped at rainy well bus stand, the ttes asked for the ticket and i showed the ticket and in turn they told me that the ticket is upto ito (Agcr) and not upto rainy well. On my arguing/explaining the situation with the ttes that it is not my fault, it is the fault of your conductor (Having id no. 11468) that he punched the ticket from krishi bhawan whereas i boarded the bus from mandi house metro station but they charged me the penalty of rs.200/- which i paid, a scanned copy of which is attached with this email though i was not at fault at any point of time. I am being terribly harassed.

                              At this the conductor may refuse and deny it to save himself that he is not at fault but it is the passenger who committed the mistake.

                              On enquring from the helpline no.[protected] i gathered the details of the bus conductor providing me the id no. 11468 of the concerned bus route no. 310 up and i don’t know whether it is correct or not and then i talked to your seema puri depot manager, mr raj kumar (Mob. No. [protected]) and explained the whole episode to him and in turn mr kumar assured me that he will detain the conductor and get the information from conductor and if he will be at fault he will have to pay the penalty of rs.200/- and asked me to whatspps the ticket which i did.

                              I, therefore, request you to kindly direct your conductor to refund me the penalty of rs.200/- which i paid at rainy well bus stop without any fault of me.

                              Here, i would like to mention that without any fault of the passengers you are, therefore, requested to kindly punish the conductors in general, and specially route no 310 in particular and also direct him that instead of saving his rs.5/- or else to issue the ticket again they are burdening the passengers with heavy penalty and direct him to contact on my mobile number and refund me the penalty which i paid after being harassed.

                                Driver jaivendra of bus with license plate dl 1pc 5443 was driving very rashly on 8 feb 2018 and scraped my dad's car around south extension part 2. I want you to take strict action against him as even after driving rashly and hitting my father's car he misbehaved and didn't compensate for the damages done by him.                                   Cluster/orange buses are not stopped by the driver in uttam nagar, despite they are without any passengers. They used to display "break down" or "uttam nagar" on display board in uttam nagar. After passing mini stand uttam nagar, they change their display board notification and ran away... This is the wastage of fuel/manpower/machinery served to public of delhi.

                                  Thus due to this local public has to suffer a lot but no one is looking at this.

                                    I had to register a complain against a driver for not stopping bus at uttam nagar bus terminal. So i called customer care number which is written in cluster buses. The customer care said that if bus driver didn't stop the bus then pick the next bus. Why you need to complain and he disconnected my call. Please find the attached number of the customer care and the timing of the call. I hope you will take strict action.

                                    Driver of bus no dl 1pd 2594 didnt stop bus at 2140 hrs at uttam nagar bus stand on 04/02/2018. Even there were hardly 10/15 passengers inside the bus and a lot of people were waiting for the bus at uttam nagar terminal buss stop. The bus was moving from uttam nagar to najafgarh side.
                                    Please do take some strict action regarding this issue as most of the people face these things in day today life.

                                      I was travelling from c4e janakpuri to uttam nagar terminal. The bus no. Is dl-1pd 1302 route no. 724, on 03/03/2018 at 19.10 hrs.

                                      The special checking squad person did not check the ticket properly & started creating problem & teasing me, claiming that the ticket is upto only desu colony & the conductor gave me the ticket as attached in the photo given below, which does not shows the terminating stoppage properly, which is mistake from the printing machine generating the ticket.

                                      The checker was so ruthless to me & i was getting late as i have catch metro train & further the train from indian railways station.

                                      I noticed that the checkers tease a lot to the people, even they try to check pockets of the passengers to grab money from them.

                                      This is how the checking is going on from your department & nobody is there to check them.

                                      My suggestion is that such people should be put behind the bars.

                                      I want reply from you about the above matter which i am observing from the last 15 days from the same squad of people.
