Dear Sir/Mam I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem in bus route change from "Delhi Gate" to "Mori Gate / Purani Delhi station" Most of the buses which have route from ITO to Mori Gate or Purani Delhi via Darya Ganj, the Drivers take wrong route from Delhi gate and take ring road instead of Darya Ganj and Lal Qila. Route No 410UP, Bus Regn No DL1PC 4788. Time 17:15 date 05 Jun 2014. The driver of this Orange bus did not stop the bus at Rail Bhawan Metro Stn because a green color bus of same route was already at the bus stop. All the seats in the green bus were occupied. So I rushed towards this orange bus, but the driver did not enter the bus stop. fortunately my friend was in that orange bus who forced the conductor to stop and I had to run 200 meters...
