Today I am standing at Azadpur metro station stand for taking bus ( Route No.- 134 towords of Ibrahimpur village ) timing 18:40 Dt. 02/11/2022 . The bus driver not stop the bus at the stand and I looked at the bus there is no crowd only 30% bus seats had oqupied. I am very disapoint about the DTC Cluster bus operator because this raute don't have enough service now the next bus will be come after 1 hour and there is no another option to going to ibrahimpur village. I am a female and it is to diffcault to traval in night. Please take this complain seriouly and take strict action againts the driver.

Date 31/10/22 time 6.05 am morning Uttam nagar terminal stand. 817 inderlok 6835 bus no cluster bus. I am lady I have to going home back to and I am stop the bus driver speak me this bus only male passger to not allow this bus ladies. And I am other bus to tilak nagar stand by other bus. Same bus 6835 driver not to stop the bus tilak nagar stop passanger are stop and hand show the drive are going out. Ladies pasanger so late. Please I request to the driver change and driving rules mentain. Cluster bus drivers. Not to stop stand bus proper .

this is to inform you that i am working uttam nagar .I would like to draw your attention towards the unworthy and unwarranted behaviour of the bus driver is very uncocurteous, he doesn't stop the bus at the stand even the passenger makes a hand gesture to stop it.But he ignores everyone and sometimes he stops the bus without a stand so it totally depends on his mood. And even if he stop on the bus stand, he do not wait for the passsenger to go inside the
bus.So they have to sit in the moving bus, due to this some people could not able to get it and there are chances of falling and even accidents can happen.He does not even think it is essential to stop the bus at the appropriate destination and this causes a lot of to the commuters.Passenger complain to him but he do passenger complain to him but he dont admit his mistake.Towards the senior citizens and the ladies, he is never courteous.He behave with them ensoty and use unparliamentary languages. So it is my humble suggestion that these kind of drivers need moral and traffic traning. They may be taught the driver change this bus driving and other driver put them .I will be very grateful if you kindly look into the matter and take remedial action . Thanking you yours fath fully . Dear, sir Bus no 6835 time 6.30 apporx loaction uttam nagar terminal, near red light this bus driver very bad manes and behaviore very bad 👎 and stand missing not to stop to stand passnger eating bus driver not stop the bus. Plese action against.

Morning timing bus start 9:00 am bawana sector-5 depot. Very few buses ply through our area which creates a lot of inconvenience to the people. Therefore you are requested to start again the service in this route morning shift so that the people do not face the problem of transportation.

I hope you will take some action and do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir I was stand to jama masid bus stop at 8.05 pm and wait for 1/2 hour for bus. Route no 261 bus no DL1PC6722 are coming to stand but no stop to bus bus stand and racing other bus driver and I was race some distance bus bus no catch the bus. So I request to action this bus drive and hold one day salary and punished the driver.

Bus not stop at bus stop of Delhi secretariat on 15 September at 10:16pm And driver clearly seen me.Bus number DL1PD5398 Route number 352 To Wazirpur JJ Colony.

I m riding in bus route no.106 and bus no.is dl1pd 4278, in which conductor didn’t take the 10 rs coin from me and when asked him why are u not taking it, he said this coin is duplicate and my depot cashier incharge not accept it. And when I said him that can u give me proof of you have any in written that it cannot acceptable thn give me. In bus there was marshal also who said to me get down from the bus or do whatever you want to do. And when I said conductor to come with me to ATI he refused and said get down from the bus. But I refused to got down from the bus then I had make 15 times call on land line no.[protected] but no pick up my call on this no. I need a action from you on this.kindly do the needful m really appreciate if any quick response will be done on my complaint

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Sunny, I go to Narela by bus everyday from Ghanta Ghar Sabzi Mandi bus stand, and sometimes the bus driver does not open the bus door, sometimes I have to run behind the bus. And today it is too much. Today route number 131 and bus number DL1PD4565 (10:08 AM)came at clock tower bus stand. But the driver of the bus did not open the back gate of the bus, I knocked on the door many times, but he did not open the back gate, I ran after him for about 2 meters, but he still did not open the gate. Due to which I got late in reaching my office. It happens quite often that the driver of the bus does not open the gate of the bus consciously.Kindly take strict action against these bus drivers.

I was waiting for the bus to najafgarh at Santpura staff (next to tilak nagar) for going to najafgarh.Bus no. DL1Pd 0858 comes very fast apt 6.24 pm driving rashly and didn't stop at the bus stop even after 3-4passengers waiving there hands to stop the bus. Secondly all the buses going towards uttam nagar are supposed to go via tilak nagar gol chakkar i.e below the tilak nagar flyover but this driver uses the tilak nagar flyover.
Request you to please look into GPS installed in the bus (if not tempered) and take appropriate action against the driver of the vus

Cluster bus route no -479 from Punjabi Bagh to Badarpur border.
all the buses on 479 route try to put the bus in not working condition between 5.45 pm to 7.00 pm coming from Badarpur bus stop . from Badarpur to Punjabi Bagh club they are coming perfectly all right . when Punjabi Bagh club stop has come, they are all try to take rest at the gas filling station at Punjabi Bagh club road stop. They put excuse that bus are not working, inside light are not working, they want to fill the gas, & they want to drink water & stop the bus at least one hour.
We all the passenger requested so many times but they do not want to move. They started misbehave with the passenger very badly.
Please look into the matter and request to solve the problem at the earliest.

मैं दिल्ली की एक आम महिला हूं, मैं दिल्ली की बसों में काफ़ी सफ़र करती हूं।आज करीब सुबह 08:20 am पर मैं दिल्ली गेट मेट्रो के स्टैण्ड से मै रूट 817 (कैर गांव से इंद्रलोक) DL1PD 0851 बस में चढ़ गई । उस बस का ड्राइवर बस को अलग ही तरीके से चला रहा था । सारी सवारी एक दूसरे पर गिर रही थी, बस में खड़ा होना बहुत ही मुश्किल था और वो रोड के नियमों का पालन ही नही कर रहा था,
एक 817N की बस के साथ रेस चल रही थी
उसे किसी की भी कोई फिक्र ही नही थी
बस लाईन में चलाने का तो कोई मतलब ही नही था,
कृप्या ऐसे खतरनाक बस ड्राइवरों से हम आम पब्लिक को बचाओ

दिनाक: - 14 अगस्त सुबह करीब 08:10AM मैं द्वारका मोड़ के स्टैण्ड से चढ़ा, कैर डिपो की बस DL1PD 1303 आई, बस रूट 824 stl था उस बस का कंडक्टर बिना वर्दी के ear phone लगा कर बैठा, मैने उसे 5 रूपये दिए उसने मुझे टिकट देने से मना कर दिया और बोला बैठजा चुपचाप और मुझसे mis behav करने लगा मैं बिना कुछ बोले नीचे उतर गया

हमारे गांव मलिकपुर से सी.जी.ओ.काम्प्ल�...⇄ के लिए प्रातः 7:02 बजे बस रूट सं. 878+578 की बस चलती है। बस का संचालन कार्यालय व अस्पताल जाने वाले यात्रियों के लिए करवाया गया था। परन्तु पिछले एक माह से गांव में बस प्रातः नियत समय पर नहीं आ रही है, जिसके कारण नियमित यात्रियों को कार्यालय/अस्पà¤�...⇄ पहुँचने में काफी दिक्कतो का सामना करना पड़ता है। आज दिनांक यह बस प्रातः 7:45 बजे गांव में पहुंची।

अनुरोध है कि बस के स्टाफ को निर्देश दिया जाए कि बस का संचालन समय पर किया जाए, ताकि यात्री समय पर अपने गंत्वय पर पहुंच सकें।

On 17, August, 2022 at 7:23 am in the morning I was driving my two wheeler towards my office a DTC cluster orange bus driver (Bus No. - DL- 1P D1015) hit me and my vehicle from side and he tried to run. I chased him and my scooty was in front of the bus but he didn't stop he almost hit me again but I again saved myself and somehow on red light i managed to stop the bus and the driver i parked my scooty in side of the bus and I asked driver to open the gate and to talk to me. He opened the gate and hit me with iron rod and my right hand got little injury and it started to swell. He then pushed my vehicle and try to hit and break it. He abused me. Then i went to in front of the bus to capture the photo of number plate then he tried to scare me by running the bus over me he tried to hit me again when I was in front of the bus to take the photo of number plate. He almost ran the bus over me. This incident took place in front of the Deen Dayal Upadhyay College in dwarka, New Delhi on 17, August, 2022, at 7:23 AM.
I wonder this kind of rackless drivers DIMTS is hiring these days. DIMTS is such a prominent such a big institutions but these kind of people are putting its name into dust.
Kindly look into matter and take action against this driver who can kill anyone on road by his rackless driving.

This morning at around 08:10 AM I boarded from the stand of Dwarka Mor, Bus No. DL1PD1303 came to Kair Depot, Bus route was 824 stl, the conductor of that bus sat without uniform(Red T-shirt and Sports Lower) wearing ear phone, I gave him 5 rupees He gave me ticket Refused and said, sit quietly and misbehav me, I got down without saying anything
