On 12.11.21 at about 1 PM I was waiting for bus route no 873. As watched from the site bus no DL1PD 5389 was seen comming. The vehicle came and zoomed off even after waiving it to stop. To my surprise the vehicle didn't stop even having vacant seats. Isn't it a joke that TC, s and traffic staff do check only passengers and not the misconduct of vehicle staff, which on the whole is going to tell upon the good health of Transport department and the government exchequer. It's my humble request that the staff of the bus be taken to task and warned to desist from such mischief in future.

Bus no 873 rehn no DLIPD 5389 not stoped at Chhawla stand bus stop

I was traveling from Lajpat Nagar to badarpur in bus no DL1PC 5496. I bought ticket through online app for badarpur but conductor did not consider the ticket and ask for money after taking money from still bus conductor did not gave me ticket.when I was asking about my ticket he started misbehaving me told me ' kal se bus Rokuga hi nahi . He is also making financial loss to the dimts .so Kindly consider my complaint take necessary action against the bus conductor as soon as possible

Bus no - DL 1PD 5303, has not stopped the bus on Rama vihar Stand, but bus's seat was vacant.
Driver and conductor doing this due to Local RTV bus.

Kindy take the action against this type of driver.

Dear sir, today I pick bus no is DL1PD6570, route 761 going mangla puri timing 13:40 pm date- 21/10/2021 my stand is uttam nagar and going mangla puri stand. My complaint Lady Marshal and Driver. First I can't wear mask Marshal saying mask pehan lo mene kaha thik hai me pehan leta hu par ap apne staff ko kahiye pehle wo lagaye. Marshal ne kaha ki wo dur betha hai usko jarurat nahi hai ap laga lo mene khaa ha lagata hu par mene nahi lagaya usne thodi der me mujhe fir toka mene fir kaha ki apne staff ko lagao to Marshall ne kaha bus side me lagao aur utro mene jab video banayi bola ki pehle apne staff ko lagao to usne lagaya fir mene lagaya . Jab mene video banana band kar di to driver ne bahut hi badtameez se bat ki aur kaha sarkari hai to jyada marod hai jab ye staff ke sath esi badtameez se bat karte hai to public se inka kesa behavior rahega .Please sir cluster buses some driver and marshal very very uneducated and misbehavior staff.

The bus driver is saying that New Rajdhani Enclave is not our stop he didn't stop the bus at the bus stop.The bus number is DL1PD-5566 and the Route no is 943 date[protected] and time is 11:44AM.

Dear Sir Today I am standing DLF Capital Green Bus stand 07.05 PM thereafter 234 Orange Bus Arrive Seats available but not stop bus and DCD employe also say seat not available but 02 seats available.

Please check and take action for the driver and DCD employe

Complaint for bus transport sir / I have request from you Kapasheda to Najafgarh bus service is very less so please we have to wait for 2 hours bus in evening, please give it to the few bus service in the evening.

I took a bus today[protected] from Dwarka Sector-1 for going to Peeragarhi, bus route: 761, bus no:- DL 1P D0263, at 6.25 in the morning. I was asking the conductor for a ticket and he misbehaved with me, he was also making dirty gestures and not wearing mask. Kindly take an action.

Bus rout 258 (Mori gate to chauhan Patti), bus no DL1PD 2342 on[protected] time 8:50 pm approx at shabhapur bus stand . Bus driver did not stopped bus. Kindly take action.

Your route number 144A2 not stopped at bus stands.
Your drivers not obey traffic rules, they drive right side of the roads.
Your drivers run empty bus but not picked pessengers who waiting for bus.
When showing objection they misbehaving.
They said "" Maahri bus hai Na rokte, Kar le ke Karega ""

I was standing at the shalimar bagh bus stop, the time was around 17:50 hrs on 01/10/2021 and then a cluster bus arrived of route no. 174A of bus no. DL-1PD-4812 . It was going towards jaunti and I want to go to karala . Unfortunately the bus driver didn't stop at the bus stop even if the bus had vacant seats . When I reached at my destination, I found the same bus standing at karala chowk due to traffic jam so I asked driver that why didn't you stop at the shalimar bus stop then he angrily said that there were no vacant seats and when I said that I will be going to put up your complain then he again said jo go and complain wherever you want I don't care and nothing will going to happen . Even the conductor said that there were vacant seats, there were cctv camera too at the shalimar bus stop and they will surely justify my statement . Kindly take strict action against the driver for his rubbish behavior

My name yogendra .date 28 Sept 2021 time 09.01 pm bus route no 206 bus no DL1PD 2290. radhey puri bus stand. seat availability around 10 passenger bus not stop at radhey puri bus stand I daily wait bus route no 206 8 pm to 9.30pm why not has stopping bus .my time no value pl take action this tyep of drivers .

Today I boarded Bus of route no. 972 (Uttam Nagar to Bawana) in between 5:30PM and 5:45PM. I gave 40 Rupees for 2 tickets of 15 Rupees each to bus conductor. He returned 10 rupee note but didn't give tickets and said no need for tickets If checker come I will handle. I insisted but he denied again. I took a seat and observed him. He did same with every passenger (Excluding women). Those argued for tickets he behaved rudely with them.
I hope DIMTS will take cognizance of this and appropriate action.

Between journey conducter of aforesaid bus said the bus get breakdown and you have to get down. But this is to you information their was no issue I have notice between journey. " Jaise hi hm do passenger utre vo bus leker chalege gaye maine ticket liya tha agar bus kharab thi to uski duty thi dusri bus me bethane ki per usne koi jimedari nahi samjhi

Sir I sat from uttam nagar and i saw the conductor was not giving tickets to girls and women ( although he had tickets) and forcing them to download online. When they said please you give us then he, at one point, even tried to hit a girl... such was his behaviour and was continuously shouting at them. Please find out who the conductor was and take STRICT action against him. He tried to insult every women in the bus..
Sir please help the public by either removing him or atleast suspend him for atleast 2 months...
