DIMTS — Bus didn't stop at bus stop

I've been waiting for an hour for a bus towards batla house, from lajpat nagar(vinobapurimetro) a purple bus no. 5635 came almost empty and didn't stop at the station when even i was waving my hand yet the driver saw and ignored me route number 274
