When the cluster buses's times off at uttam nagar after 6.30 p. M. All the drivers do not changes electrical board of cluster buses and carry direct kair/dichaou depot after closed the both window of the bus. They do not take any passengers along the way.. 2. In this connection, i have number of times complaint against the cluster buses but no action has been taken by the authorities so far. Jul 17, 2018 Updated by krishan kumar kaushik Despite number of complaints against cluster buses who goes to Kair/Dechaou Depot after 6.00 p.m. from Uttam Nagar to their Depots. they do not stop bus stand at uttam nagar and carry direct kair/dichaou depot after closed the both window of the bus. They do not take any passengers between Uttam Nagar to Kair/Dechaou Depot. In this connection, I have lodged complaint in consumer complaints on 18.5.2018 and 28.5.2018, but the same has not been solution of problem of commuters so far.
