DIMTS — cluster/orange buses

Cluster/orange buses are not stopped by the driver in uttam nagar, despite they are without any passengers. They used to display "break down" or "uttam nagar" on display board in uttam nagar. After passing mini stand uttam nagar, they change their display board notification and ran away... This is the wastage of fuel/manpower/machinery served to public of delhi.

Thus due to this local public has to suffer a lot but no one is looking at this.
