Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Sunny, I go to Narela by bus everyday from Ghanta Ghar Sabzi Mandi bus stand, and sometimes the bus driver does not open the bus door, sometimes I have to run behind the bus. And today it is too much. Today route number 131 and bus number DL1PD4565 (10:08 AM)came at clock tower bus stand. But the driver of the bus did not open the back gate of the bus, I knocked on the door many times, but he did not open the back gate, I ran after him for about 2 meters, but he still did not open the gate. Due to which I got late in reaching my office. It happens quite often that the driver of the bus does not open the gate of the bus consciously.Kindly take strict action against these bus drivers.
