DIMTS — Complaint of bus no DL1PD4884

Sir/mam
I was at dhansa bus stand metro station at 6:26 on 6 june 2022. When i saw a bus routed 822 towards issapur village stopped at the bus stop of dhansa bus stand. I ran towards the bus and reached at bus stand. But the driver didn't open the gate when i request to the driver as well as conductor for opening the gate, the driver starts the bus. You can check the cctv cameras of the bus for verifying this. This was very ill mannered service of that bus driver.

My humble request to you please take some strict action against the driver.
