DIMTS — Conductor denying tickets and rude behaviour

Bus Name- 772( Uttam Nagar- IGI Terminal)
Bus No.- DL1P D5008
Time & Date- ~ 3:15 PM (22/09/2021), Delhi
Sir I sat from uttam nagar and i saw the conductor was not giving tickets to girls and women ( although he had tickets) and forcing them to download online. When they said please you give us then he, at one point, even tried to hit a girl... such was his behaviour and was continuously shouting at them. Please find out who the conductor was and take STRICT action against him. He tried to insult every women in the bus..
Sir please help the public by either removing him or atleast suspend him for atleast 2 months...
