I traveling from zoo to nehru place in bus no. 425. After buying tickets for my destination i ask bus conductor to give the seat beside him but he clearly refused he told me if you sit here bus checker fined him ₹5, 000/- when i called your customer care number for more information they told me he can't refuse for seat and guided me to complaint there i want some strict action takes in this regard.
