DIMTS — conductor takes money but not giving tickets to people..!

Hello, my name is subhankar and i am a student and a responsible citizen of delhi..
Today (26 november 2017, at 4:00pm) i taken bus from piragadi to baipaas..
To take ticket i gave money to conductor but he didn't given me ticket by saying"main dekh lunga koi baat nhi"..
He also not giving tickets to other passangers.. Please do something and take strict action against all these people..!

I Om Kumar Sangwan traveling in bus route no 764 FM Nehru place to Dwarka Sec 6 the bus driver FM munirka to Sec 1 didn't stop the bus on bus stop he either stop before 50 MTR or after 50 MTR the bus no is DL1 DP 2986 and when I told him to stop on bus stop his behavior is very rude

This bus was not stop on the stop of barfkhana.when I was waiting for the bus.this bus was 182A.and the timing Is 8:34.
