DIMTS — misbehaviour

Conductors often misbehave. I handed over rs50 note today and asked for rs 10 ticket and conductor gave me coins of rs 1, 2 and 5 which were really difficult to handle. I requested him to give me at least two rs 10 notes along with coins for my convenience. He snatched ticket from my hands and started abusing and forced me to get down from the bus. His aggression was too high. I will never board cluster bus again. Route no. 891 dl1pd2396

Cluster bus 720 is going to C-1 janakpuri to shahdara, bus no. DL 1PD 2685 is not stop at sadar bazar Delhi cantonment board hospital stand. People raise the hand to stop the bus but the cluster bus driver over take the another 720 Green DTC Bus this bus also full crowd. So, take the necessary action on the 720 Cluster Bus Driver.
