DIMTS — overcharging of ticket fare

Delhi transit (Dl1p 5019 / 405up), dated: 21/06/25018, time: 08:59.
I catched the bus from ashram chowk bus stand and asked for a ticket to crri bus stand. The fare is rs 5/- but condutor charged rs 10. I constantly requested him to charge actual fare but he couldn't heed to my request. He showed his rude behaviour to me. He gave me a ticket to badarpur boader of rs 10. I'm very sad that such a illiterate person in our public transport system. Please take action as soon as possible for the benefit of society.

Although I had just a ticket, even then the team of Delhi Transit Orange bus forced me to take the money and taken my old ticket has thrown a lot of pine and the new invoice was made in the name of the XYZ. please resolve case.
