I have applied for CDC on 12th june, 2023 from Kolkata office which is now stuck under Verification process from past many days i contacted my board they have verified the details and already draft has been sent.

This is my kind request to help me approve my CDC application As soon as possible.

Please consider this as an urgent request.

    I have tried connecting via Email, phone no reply. There should be some sort of communication line available. People jobs and future depends on this book. Hoping to hear back about my book being issued soon.

        Good morning,
        Its been 30 days am waiting for ny SID card .
        I submitted my documents on 19 june 2023
        in noida center and am regularly checking my sid status on app, its showing dispatched from last 4 days but there is no update for any tracking address or something else . Please help me with this, so i can join on my ship on 02 august.

            I have applied for fresh CDC on 21/06/2023 with application number SMO(M)/2023/257282 at Mumbai. Ever since my application status is still showing application submitted. As i have to board ship by next month kindly process my application as soon as possible so that there is no further delay.

                    My CDC has been rejected as my medical is not uploaded in the master checker and the Medical Centre is unable to upload as time has passed.
                    I need solution as to how can it be uploaded. I have been trying to call customer care number on DG shipping website, but no one answers.

                      I have done my BSID appointment on 26/05/2023.
                      My application no is 254829.
                      The application status shows" Your SID Card is ready and forwarded for dispatch" for so many days.
                      My joining is getting delayed because of the sid. So it's very urgent for me.

                        Have applied for cdc renewal sticker with application number SMO(M)/2023/22278154 . Been a week since the application has been approved. But sticker not yet dispatched nor any details put up on the checker. Have to join a vessel next week so kindly requesting to dispatch the sticker as I need to join the vessel.

                                  I had lost my SID ( Seaman Identification Document ) card. I lodged a FIR and applied for a duplicate card a month back. I have no communication from DG shipping as to when I will receive this. I have to sign on a ship soon. Please look into it.
