Application SMO(M)/2022/232613 has been rejected due to following reason :
Medical Certificate Details Is Not Found In Seafarer Master. Hence Rejected.

After this I did contact to my doctor and asked him to upload the medical details in master checker.
now what is the next step to get CDC?
do i need to visit dg shipping office at mumbai?

I have applied for indian cdc as on 27-Oct-2022. The only update i got till date is that my cdc application is under verification process to under process. There is no update from one month other than under process status. at least confirm something so I can join on the cruise on next schedule because I am not gonna able to join on time as it is on 14th Jan 2023.

So kindly request you to do the needfull for cdc application so that i could get my cdc as soon as possible. It would help me to join on proper time.

I have applied for indian CDC on december 1st in kolkotta MMD and its still showing under verification process. From my enquiry state school board has replied to the mail from dg shipping for certificate verification.

Currently iam in stressfull condition because of my company asking for cdc otherwise they will terminate from my job.

Respected sir/ma'am my complaint is not resolve yet till now I didn't get any response from the shipping master from Kolkata I have reapply my CDC as it got rejected but my school board they have send the verification letter to the shipping master Kolkata on 27of Oct and they have send by post also I don't understand how they didn't get it please do something i need my CDC urgently because from the cruise office they has continuesly calling me for the CDC, this is my reapply smo(K)2022/42705 I reapply on 14 of December please do something because the shipping master from Kolkata they don't respond to any of the mail that I sent.
